Rising up out of the circle is a large creature with a huge tooth-filled, sharklike mouth. The first thing it does is press a keystone that starts the bells ringing. The ringing of the bells requires a DC 20 Fortitude save from anyone within the room or they are stunned for 1 round and deafened for 5 minutes. Why the bells are ringing all spells that have a verbal component have a 20% chance of spell failure due to
the noise. Everyone make a Fort Save and then roll init.

Not that I think its going to be effective, but here are two rounds of attacks from the fire elemental before Leialoha melts the fire elemental...

Round 1

Not sure that is going to be enough to pick up immunities or resistances...
Seeing the fireball from Silas had not effect, Leialoha tries an empowered acidball instead, using the selective wand to exclude Ivar, Oro-Tu, Beth and the Captain.
Empowered Acidball: 10d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 6, 2, 6, 2, 2, 1, 5, 6) = 37 *1.5 = 55 + 5 = 59 hp acid damage or DC 21 Reflex save for 29 hp acid damage.
Not going to bother rolling for the poor fire elemental.
