As you follow the large orge he gurnts, "tighty here, sucki in y'gut or you get suck. Toots sucky on way up...cuz he was big." He giggles a bit a the thought. After about two hours you come to fork in the path that looks familiar to you. You realize this is the fork you stayed left on and doubled back into the spider cave. You come out back in the caverns where you killed the wererats.

You realize you will need to get through the cave in the trolls caused and they probably charged tolls to use the river and rent the boats, which is why they had so much coin.
