Hehe! Since I have access to the site while I'm at work, I tend to more active during the day. If there is any action you want to take from earlier just mark in your post and I can ajust.
Don't forget, you can make a untrained knowledge check if the DC is 10 and lower.

Untrained: You cannot make an untrained Knowledge check with a DC higher than 10. If you have access to an extensive library that covers a specific skill, this limit is removed. The time to make checks using a library, however, increases to 1d4 hours. Particularly complete libraries might even grant a bonus on Knowledge checks in the fields that they cover.
I have included the part where Tamora "walks to the office" in my post if "going ahead" is vague to you.
I understood, but was waiting to see if Hoga was following your suggestion or following you instead. I will update your side of the action later tonight, but you will get there before everyone, so if you have questions you want to ask the captain while you are alone, you may post them in a spoiler.
DM, can you make the changes for the following part here from my post in the gameplay thread? I lost the ability to edit my post. Should make her summary less vague and more comprehensible.
Old
But this time the Mayor elevate the number of volunteers from four to six. Not only is he breaking tradition but he also resorted underhanded method of hiring a second group to clear the crypt a week prior each journey past to ensure a higher chance success for the group that is retrieving the flames. Remember the missing guard that I mentioned earlier? His name was Roldare and he was part of the second group which always consists of adventurers and one of the town guard. So far, the clearing group succeeded until a week ago when no word was heard from them which was responsible for the Captain's current mood since Roldare is one of his men.

Bold indicates either the changes made or added wording.
Sorry to cause you trouble again with another post. But can you change the "resorted to a underhanded method of" to "resorted to cheating by" instead? Thanks in advance.
"Basically, Captain Wisslo was distressed due to the Mayor postponing investigation for one of his men who did not return a week ago due to the tradition which is the ceremony before the celebration. Upon listening further, I came to discover and realize that the Mayor was trying to deceive and had been withholding information from the public and us. From what the Captain told me, the tradition is the process of always getting four volunteers every four years at the exact date to brave the crypt and bring back the flame. Rannik, I noticed that you update the gamplay thread between 2 and 8 am on my side of the screen. What is your timezone? I wanted to sneak in a closure after your post so that you can transit smoothly into the next day.
I'm in Quebec Canada, so my time zone is Eastern Time. I can update the gameplay during my work hours when I am at my desk. That is usely between 8:00 and 16:00. Then I can get back online after I put my kids to sleep, so thats around 19:30.
Thanks to my insomnia, I can sometimes post also in the middle of the night. Yay for that, I knew it would come in handy one day.
You can still post your transition or any other question for the captain. But at the same time I would like to move the action a bit forward for those that have already retired their character for the night.
Though my timezone is GMt+12, I am available most of the day until after midnight about 1-2 am which is about 8-9 am on your side so I can just respond straight away if there are any updates.
M Half Orc Bloodrager 6 / Init +3; Perc +10 / AC 22(26), 11, 20 / hp 31/(76) / F+9, R+5, W+7
I'll suggest this marching order:
Garrick and his pet forward scouting, Red-Raven next, since he's agile, Hoga in front of the party, then Tamora and Taladrius, with Kakrish as rear guard.
In my home games we allow a "five foot roll" which is analogous to a "five foot step" but it is for someone who is prone. The important part being that it allows someone to roll away from an opponent without provoking an AOO.
You can use the withdraw from melee has a full round action and get up. The way we make it work is that you crawl out at half move then get up, or withdraw at full move but stay prone.
I'm ready to act. Just want to know if I can move and cast my CLW. Since I'm down to 4 hp I don't want to do something to provoke an AOO. I'm tempted to just move anyway but I don't want to die yet. :-)
Sorry, was busy all day setting up my halloween decorations today and reading up on what Kakrish was asking me. So, after much reading, I will allow the 5-foot crawling without AOO, with a standard action left to either get up or cast a spell but stay prone. Just waiting on Kakrish to post his action and we will get right back with the battle.
Same to you friend!! Also, sorry for my lack of posting, the holiday season has me running all over and I'm a bit of a scatterbrain when it comes to responsibilities. :D
