Jasper smiles at Eolowyn, "None taken. If you can climb down, I can hold a rope or vice versa. You should know that the gem glows with magic. I suspect Lazlo might be able to get a good sense of the nature of the magic."

That was a bit exaggerated, Eolowyn's sleeve does get wet when she reaches down into the water to get the pearl.

A wall of rusted iron bars dominates the northern half of this room, dividing the area up into three individual cells. In the southern half of the room is a grisly looking table bedecked with manacles and blood. On the wall behind the table hang gruesome, blood-stained tools and other implements. Wooden doors stand on the east and west sides of the room, and a hall to the southeast winds upstairs.
You see 3 cells that contained 2 mutated goblins each. Also, a homunculus is there, and flips a switch that opens the cells. RAWR.

Did some digging. I believe Lirianne (at lvl 4) gets 1 attack. I assume you are doing 2 with the -4/-8 penalty. She also needs to reload as a standard action since she doesn't have rapid reload. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, Lirianne isn't in the room, so she would have to move. For now, I'll have her be in the room with the 2 shots, no reload.
Lirianne busts 2 caps in red goblin and it looks hurt pretty badly. Then Eolowyn finishes it off.
