I'm going as much as possible by the rules and tactics laid out in the module, and bestiary. Also, a few things Ekanta. First, what did you do with your quarterstaff? Did you drop it as a free action or did you put it away as a move action, or are you holding it in one hand and drawing the stingchuck as part of a move action? The log that you are on is difficult and requires an Acrobatics check to move at half speed, or a Reflex save to stay on the log. Last, the Stingchuck has a range or 10' so you'd be at a -4 penalty at your range.

I'm sorry, I didn't think about any of that enough. Let's say I'm holding the staff in one hand and drawing the stingchuck as part of a move action. I forgot stingchucks had such a low range increment; let's say I threw a chakram instead (which I would have if I'd realized I was too far away to properly throw the stingchuck). Lastly:

Okay this is where I'm pretty sure we are at, please let me know if I update something wrong.
Ekanta sees the minotaur charge and dismember Rerois. In his rush to save his new friend, Ekanta does not pay attention to the fact that he is running across a wet log. He pulls out a Chakram and attempts to throw it but slips in the process missing badly. However he is able to maintain his footing, and does not fall into the water. Syl'las thinks hard about devising a plan, and moves closer to the foul beast. Rerois is caught in the saddle, and in his unconscious state seems to be clinging onto dear life.
Rerois has a decision to make. Does the steed that he is tied to continue to fight in his stead? Does it stand still waiting for the inevitable attack from the Minotaur, or does it retreat back towards the rest of the party?
Janira seeing this horror realizes that she is likely next, and casts cure light wounds on herself while shouting to the pathfinders "Go you fools, or death surly awaits you!

Terenz, I'm pretty sure that the tokens got moved somehow or by someone, so I would take it from where you thought that you were. You're also not going to be able to charge across a stream as it's difficult terrain
An unconscious Rerois although oozing blood over the horse, seems to slow his bleeding. His horse seeing the blood and feeling a hand slap him on the rump takes off in a full retreat. Terence decides to jump over the stream and run at the Minotaur with his long sword drawn. Not thinking about the size of the creature, he barrels straight for it taking a Greataxe swing in his side as he does so.

Damage: 3d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 3, 4) + 6 = 16
Unfortunately for Terenz the blade finds it's mark, and opens a major gash in his side. He drops before he is able to get to the creature. Seeing that it has already dropped two of the group to the ground, the creature moves to continue it's slaughter, moving towards Ekanta. The creature roars as it swings it's bloodied blade at him.
Greataxe: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27
Damage: 3d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 5, 1) + 6 = 18
It roars in it's triumph as it's axe comes away with more blood, and turns it's gaze to the survivors.

Bait works on trying to figure out what to do with seeing almost his entire party fall to the foul beast. His delay in making a decision allows Janira to get off a huge blast of glitter into the air. Showing no fear, he runs towards his comrade Ekanta who is still bleeding heavily. As he steps onto the slippery log, Bait has no issues finding his footing, and uses the slippery log to pull Ekanta to the other side while watching Terenz continue to bleed out on the opposite shore.
