With that roll I have no idea...
Also, Grey still has time on his Detect Magic. Are the auras coming from this person?

Grey's eyes narrow at the appearance of the individual, focusing closely.

Grey: The auras are indeed coming from the what looks to be a female orc.

Room description: A large fireplace takes up most of the north wall of this room, its radiant heat providing palpable relief from the cold weather outside. Cabinets and shelves line the remaining wall space, and four windows look out on the wintry landscape surrounding the lodge.

The orc speaks, My name is Ten-Penny Tacey

were any of the other raiders orcs? I thought they were Humans.

Well Ten-Penny Tacey, what were ya doin hanging around with this lot? you seem out of place.

Rokhar gave me a place to stay, seeing that I'm not from around here. I sort of stumbled into presence.

Presence?

"I thought Orc's were some kind of lesser demon-thing? How do we know you're telling the truth?" Grey pipes up, the rat sniffing at Tacey's ankle questioningly.
Playing on the fact that as a Chelish slave, Grey is unlikely to have ever met an Orc & the only things he would have heard would have been Chelish propaganda.

Male Human

An orc? Really? Rickard blurts out loud. An orc! Uglier than I would have imagained and that's hard to do. I didn't think that orcs ever told the truth, do they? Maybe this orc is a thief or a killer!

"Hold on, Hold on!" The child-like Halfling pipes up as he holds up his hands as if to encourage everyone to not do anything preemptively foolish. "Who's Rohkar? You said Rohkar gave you a place to stay, does that mean he is in charge? Is Rohkar a 'he'?"
We are only here because a band of ruffians has kidnapped a noblewoman & we want to return her to her home. We aren't interested in violence, but the trail lead here."

Ok, as I was pointing out in my Discussion post Rickard, your post implies that you don't necessarily trust what Tacey is saying, in which case it is not only acceptable but also appropriate for you to either ask NEFG if you can make a Sense Motive check; or, since that would require waiting for him to reply either in the positive or negative & then wait on the results of the check, you could simply go ahead & make the check as part of your post. Trust me, it is better to roll poorly on your check than to not make the check at all. That said...
Knowledge (Local): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21, to determine if I have heard of this 'Ten-Penny Tacey' individual.
Knowledge (Local): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22, to determine if I have heard of this Rohkar individual.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27, to try & offset any bad impression we might have made by our ignorant/antagonistic questions & hopefully encourage her to provide us with more information. Yay! Good rolls.
For that matter, would another Sense Motive check be in order/allowable given that Grey now has more information than he did when he made his last Sense Motive check?
Apropos of absolutely nothing at all, it occurs to me that the Childlike Feat might actually apply an even greater negative modifier to Intimidate checks than the basic negative modifier for being smaller than your target...

Male Human

After seeing the reaction of the current situation by Grey, Rickard looks at the orc and tries to get some impression from it. Sense Motive: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12 It does seem to be scared of us, but I guess anything would be if a bunch of armed men barged into a room you were hiding in. Still, its an orc. I don't see how we can trust it.

But orcs are violent, aren't they? Maybe this Rohkar hired it? Can we trust what it tells us?

Hope this clears up what I have Rickard thinking a little more.

Ten-Penny points her finger at Grey, Look small one! The only reason I'm here is because I needed a place to stay and Rohkar gave me one! I was planning on getting outta here as soon as I was able! She then points at Rickard, As for you HUMAN! Violent acts are a part of every race! It wasn't me who kicked down the door and probably killed the guards on your way to it! By the looks of YOU, you practice the same art of fighting as I. Ten-Penny crosses her arms and takes a deep breath, then continues to answer questions. I have no reason to lie about anything! I am a free being just like all of you. If being truthful gets me outta here then why not tell the truth. Rohkar is the leader of this bandit group, or at least he was till the cold appeared. Lately I've seen strange looking creatures lurking about. In fact I believe Rohkar himself is uneasy about it.

Grey, you've never heard of either of them.

Well, at least she hasn't pulled a weapon out yet.

"Fair enough." Grey replies, still holding his hands up, though now in the hopes of forestalling angry recriminations & counter-accusations.
"Is Rohkar here, now? As you've said, there are a great number of strange, fell beasts about...
but, the tracks from a slaughter that makes our...
intrusion look like mild tavern brawl lead directly here. Are you certain you have seen no signs of a captured human noblewoman?"
For that matter,"
He adds considering a new, horrid, thought. "are you certain Rohkar is in fact still Rohkar?"
Again, NEFG, may I or another attempt another Sense Motive in regard to her words? Do I need to make another Diplomacy check?
if so, untrained Sense Motive: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (8) - 1 = 7, Grey still has no clue...
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21

You may attempt a sense motive check one time per pc per encounter. Not twice for the same thing.

I don't know where Rohkar is at this time, as I was left in charge of cooking up this horse meat. I heard they brought a young woman here but I don't know where she is.

Do we see or smell any of this horsemeat?

Nodding in acknowledgement of her words, Grey replies. "Why would they bring a woman here? For that matter, why, if they did bring a woman here, wouldn't you know where she is? Are there other women here?"

feeling something is just not right about this story Kilain eyes the orc carefully as he asks the next question. sense motive: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

Look Penny, Im not following your tale here. So you say This Bandit Leader Rokhar just lets an Orc woman out of the kindness of his heart to stay with them and you did not answer me question when you said you sort of stumbled into presence...and I asked what thay meant. So answer me questions now or be fed to the wolves tonight. I don be caring which way you choose. He raises the crossbow and points it at her, making sure he has positioned himsself while asking his question so he has a clear line of fire to her. If she does anything except just answer the question he will pull the trigger.

Kjell moves forward at Kilain's words, his axe at the ready, but sure not to block his line of fire.

He was on the outskirts of the Border Wood with a small gang of his men. I was traveling along and they stopped me. He offered me a job with his group instead of killing me. I Guess he took note of my attire and decided I was more useful alive. My only job here is to cook and care for the sick, at least for now. she looks again at Grey, I have not proven myself to Rokhar yet! This is my only duty here at this time, so I don't know where she is. She pauses a minute, then here eyes light up. Wait a minute there is one door in this lodge I dont have access to. Im not sure what beyond, but it has to be where she is! As far a more women than her I'm not sure, but I don't think so. I only saw her once.

Kilain: she is telling the truth.
Grey: there is a pot of stew in the fireplace.
Rickard: this is a kitchen and you find nothing other than food stuff and cooking utensils.
Hedrick: the door is unlocked. Do you open it?

Kilain lowers the crossbow saying She be tellin the truth. He looks at her and says No offense Penny, but I be knowin a good deal of Orcs in my days, and you be one of the best speakers Ive seen. How have you mastered speach as such, given your heritage?

Kilain for believing she was honest still has doubts because of how she speaks. the crossbow is lowered but still at the ready.

I am only half orc and was raised around mostly humans. So, it's only natural that I developed good speach.

Hedrick: As you open the door you see a few shovels, axes and hammers as well as coiled rope hanging on the wall. This is nothing more than a tool shed that holds outdoor work supplies.

Considering for a moment, Grey responds. "A smidge ago you accused us of being just as violent & lethal in our actions as men who you have also said you would leave as soon as you were able. You said there was a very real chance that this Rohkar fellow might kill you. You said you hadn't 'proven' yourself to him & that was why you didn't know where they were keeping a woman they were clearly holding prisoner..."
"Are you beginning to see where I am going with this? The people here are clearly bad men & you know this. You might have been trying to convince yourself otherwise, but I feel that a part of you knows this & wants no part of it. We have only come here to free the woman & return her to her community. Help us in this & I promise you I will do everything I am able to see to it you have a place to stay in that community & an opportunity to leave on your own if you wish it."

Do I need to make another Diplomacy check?

Nope, that was well said Grey

At Ten-Penny's words, Grey replies. "If you are concerned about leaving the relative safety of this building, I feel we can offer the comparative safety of our company when we leave, if the Lady Malassene is here, we will be escorting her back to Heldren." Holding up his hand in a request for patience, Grey turns to the door the others cluster about. "I should assist them, a moment please." As he begins a now-familiar chant.
SMI SLA, 5 left for the day. Summoning the Celestial Dog at the doorway.

Ten-Penny thinks about what the little halfling said and yells out, Stop! Don't open that door. That's where the bedridden guards are. You risk being afflicted with their illness if you go near them!

It makes one feel incredibly tired and it's hard to keep food and liquids down.

Treat as fatigued and sickened.

That sounds awful. I wouldn't want to end up like that! Maybe we should look for this woman somewhere else.

I want no parts o' the chilbane. I have seen others come down with it, and it looks as awful as it sound.

Kilain thinks for a second, still not trusting the 'Half-Orc' and says

I think I be takin the risk. Lets see if her words be true. Hedrick, ya wanna watch Penny here? Penny if ye be's true I apologize in advance, I just be thinking, what if ye jus don want us to open that door and see something that ye don't wan us to.

He lets the words trails off and waits for Hedrick to come in to watch her. In the meantime he wraps his cloak around his face, to try and shield himself from the the air while watching her reactions to his words.
