On the Dwarven Island of Karrita Morianna (Balor, in the Goblin tongue) the daughter of the King has been taken by an undead horde, and her whereabouts are unknown.

Hmm, I have Burning hands, bless and magic weapon as well as 6 fire bolts and 6 acid bolts. IF he's really undead, I have 3 channels I can pile on him, but that means no healing from me.
I think this is what we can do. Luca casts magic weapon on Rownig's bow and Bless when we hear the whistle or the two rounds before he comes in, They're both min/levels so that's a minimum of 8 rounds.
Luca will cast burning hands as soon as Exanames steps on oil slick and the ropers get a shot at him. After that, she blasts away with fire bolt, then acid bolt, and then smacks him with a hammer if he's still standing. IF he's still up after that, then we've got bigger problems.
Sorry for the delay (this is good stuff) but help me with a ruling before I throw the thing out there. Everything that the players want to do sounds good and I think letting it succeed or fail on the die rolls is where we are at, except one thing.
Nets have pretty solid rules, seems easy, but the lasso is a bit harder to use, in my opinion, but I think keeping it simple as a ranged touch attack, improvised weapon, is the best way to go. The only thing I'm not sure about is the Aid Another modifiers. It doesn’t read, the rule anyway, that you can Aid Another in a ranged attack. It sort of directly says you have to be in a position to make a melee attack to be able to Aid Another who is also trying to make a melee attack. So some of the NPCs could aid Mazrim in the trip, reach, attack, by putting themselves at risk, but I don't see how anyone can help in the Lasso attempts.
One last thing, the fire might be a good idea, but keep in mind that it is a low roof (single storey) part wood part stone structure and the fire could get out of control unless someone is ready to throw a cloak, blanket, rug, or other objet over the burning object.

Terquem Aid another in combat (CRB 197) applies in melee combat, a range attack is not melee attack. (CRB182) Aid Another would not apply for the lasso.
Rownig is not concerned about the fire, as long as his companions, and those assisting, can get out before it gets out of control.
Looks like it's identical to the net mechanically. The only difference is the escape artist/break DC.
So our rope-throwers don't get Aid. That's fine. Our trippers are the ones who need the most help. This guy's CMB is probably pretty high, but his Touch AC probably isn't.
Okay if everyone is ready, including deciding on who is throwing a lasso, and who is spreading oil, and who is making a trip attempt, and who is aiding. I will introduce the encounter.
Exanames enters the long hall after 1d3 ⇒ 2 rounds
His Initiative will be 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
For simplicities sake, he is a 4 HD warrior, BAB +4, Strength 16, Dex 16, Con 18, Wis 10, Int 12, CHR 20. He has 40 hit points, and most likely is augmented by magic either from the sword, or the necklace, or both.
His AC is 18 (+3 ST Leather, +3 Dex, +1 Profane, +1 Deflection)
I'm going to keep the results as they have been rolled, but I'm a bit fuzzy on why you are adding +4 to your attacks with the lasso. Maybe I missed something.
Got it, I did forget the Flanking, and misread the BAB+ Dex bonus.
Before Exanames can draw his scimitar, Mazrim has a suprise round to attempt a trip, or can hold his action to attempt to disarm. So I am waiting on Mazrim.

okay for positioning, the two lasso groups are on either side of the door and I'm a bit farther into the room and off to the right? There is currently a full 5ft gap between crispy and everyone else right?
You could quickly glance around the building interior (a free action) and using Stone Cunning, try to determine if the building walls, and support beams, are strong enough. One rope could be tied to the table, but he might be able to drag that around if it is the only thing he is tied to. As long as he is on his feet, he can try to rush one of you holding a rope, and it is only by keeping the two of you opposed to each other, that you can stop that from happening.
That sounds like an interesting challenge, Luca. I will write short descriptions of the NPCs today (some of them have already been describe, in earlier postings).
I know that many players want their "races" to be traditional, and there is nothing wrong with that. In the two campaign settings I use (Hamth and Riom), there are few traditional fantasy races. On this world, Riom, the Dwarves have a distinctive "Mediterranean” flavor, and could resemble 15th century Greeks, Italians, Moors, or Spaniards (southern), whereas on the world of Hamth the dwarves have a more “oriental” flavor, and resemble a sort of Korean/Japanese type.
Riom Dwarves would be built, physically, like a traditional fantasy dwarf, short, stocky, thick, round or broad faces, but would have larger eyes, thick eyebrows and lips, and could be beautiful in their own way.

Hal looks pretty much exactly like his portrait (I lucked out finding one that awesome).
Closer details- Hal isn't as stout as most dwarves. He looks like he used to be very powerfully built but is now borderline unhealthy, like someone who's just fought off a serious illness and lost most of their muscle mass.
His most distinct feature are his eyes, which are so pale as to be nearly white, like the color had been bleached from them.
No worries, haha. So level your characters, and then we will have a short ceremony for the dead, a wedding tin the morning and then the party sets out for Eight Fountains Springs
