I went ahead and made one of the many things I intended to while I ran games; a simple vlookup query to determine the value of a day job. Obviously, it doesn't have That Boon for Heftier Day Job Result and could have probably been done as a bunch of nested If-Then queries, but that would have been a pain via tablet. I might do it later if run out of stuff to do/eat again

Aakif talks to Brachus about starting up his own caravan route.

For a few prestige (5, I think) you can get the Caravan vanity, and use diplomacy for your day job rolls.

Thanks, I never really bothered with getting a dayjob for Bachus ..and this late in the game..not sure if I'll get the money out of it..5 prestige is around 1800 gp worth..with my remaining 9 dayjob rolls or so ..not going to make that back. I'll just wait with spending prestige till I can buy my own Island (or maybe just a bar)..just because it sounds more fun then a caravan ;)

On using the breath of life on the Ettin..normally no..since I'd prefer to use it in case someone in the party needs it. But since we are rolling dayjobs and stuff..I can meta into assuming the chances of a party member dying this scenario will be slim...so as long as nobody wants to really kill the creature/objects to it, I'm fine with casting it on the ettin if you want. and since the Ettin went down last round...that means I need to use it this round as my action

I tried to un-meta (is that a word?) the breath of life by suggesting we rest before exploring the ruins!

I can meta into assuming the chances of a party member dying this scenario will be slim...

Negative on the separate document's location bit (though I know it's easy to do in a set of standard Excel documents. I'm not sure if I can go cross-profile on Drive.) There's a hidden Sheet named djobs on the existing workbook that it's using as a reference. If I wanted to throw together a function that basically asked "Is it bigger than 40? 35? 30? 25?" etc., it would work on any page without any lookups or separate sheets.

Edit: Looks like it's possible, though it'd be a hideously more complicated than desired for something that could be finished with a simple if-then-acoupletimes, do ho ho.

We are pretty much at the end of Your Ironbound Schism.

I will let you guys do some staff posting and then I’ll write an epilogue post. Feel free to roleplay the ending as much as you like.

Oh, Brachus has let me know everyone should have access to all tier items, so I have amended the Chronicles for Aakif, Brachus and Caradeum accordingly.

No change for Fendahl and Weiman ... and Varg hasn't got his yet ;)

I’m looking to run another game, but wouldn’t mind a week or so’s break to sort out some stuff.

Are you interested in another one?

Not sure if I want to run another 7-11 so soon again, but I realize it can be difficult to find a GM willing to run higher tier games in PbP.

Anyway here’s some options:

1. Tier 1-5 Season 7: School of Spirits. Excellent reviews. Sequel to the classic Season Zero Black Waters. What’s not to love?

2. Tier 1-5 Season 6: Out of Anarachy. Reviews are mixed, but the challenge to make this fun with the right group of players appeals to me.

3. Tier 5-9 Season 7: Captives in Crystal. Written by 2015 Superstar Monica Marlowe. Big drawback is it doesn’t come out until New Year's Eve. BUT that could be a feature rather than a bug …

4. Tier 7-11 Season 7: Ancients’ Anguish which is brand new OR Tier 7-11 Season 6: Darkest Abduction which doesn’t have great reviews, though most reviewers say the flavour/concepts are very good.

Please let me know if you're interested in any of these.

I would be interested in all, but Ancient's Anguish.

I do not have a character available for 5-9 but can do any of the 1-5 or 7-11.

I have characters in both ranges and I am willing to participate in any.

I've already played School of Spirits (and it's good) , but should be able to play the others.

Haven't played Black Waters yet still, so preferably not School (not that Brachus isn't out on that one already anyways.) Also am open to any breaks, not that it'll fix my busyness issues anyways.

I have done up paper Chronicles for Aakif and Varg, and will get them scanned by the weekend.
