The summons rips into the enemy. It's difficult to tell how damaged it is, but the creature has certainly taken some hits!

The enemy takes a 5-foot-step back and disappears.
Combat is over, for now. But... I'm not sure how you all would know what it did, in character--thus, you would not know that combat is over. I don't believe that either the summoned creature or Uthred could made the DC 22 spellcraft check to identify the spell-like-ability that the enemy just used on its turn.

It speaks in an alien voice: "Hold, intruders! I guard the traitorous Hrethnar Olvaradsson. I shall not allow yet another band of onterlopers to pass!"
We're still out of combat. You may choose to respond any way you choose. Though, if you engage in combat, he'll just disappear.

The extraplanar creature casts Detect Thoughts upon the party. Not bothering with spellcraft checks or saving throws since you're telling the truth.
"Are you offering to deal with these interlopers? Do you intend to leave Hrethnar in his prison?"
Presuming you say: "Yes."
"Then, as guardian, I grant you permission to enter. Upon completing this task, I offer you my magical flute as compensation. Do not leave until you have dealth with the human, the troll, and the halfling."

Not putting up a map yet, because this part is social.
The guardian steps aside and stairs appear leading to Hrethnar's prison. You all descend. As you arrive, you see a woman, a troll, a halfling, and an old man. The old man is rather powerfully built.
“See, my lord Hrethnar?” the dark-haired elven woman says with a honeyed voice. “It is just as I said; you are no longer safe here. Let us work together to dispatch these assassins. Then, once I free you from this horrible place, we can return to Golarion, loot your treacherous master’s tomb, and return to a life of blood and plunder!”
The broad-chested Ulfen man shakes his head. “I will not rush my decision, Faroon. You and your words are both lovely to me, but I want to hear what these bravos have to say first.”
He turns to his new visitors. “I seek to leave this prison and exact my revenge against my former master, Sempet Sevenfingers. What have you to offer me? Before you answer, consider this: only I have the power to reach Sevenfingers’s final tomb.”
The man then opens the front of his robe to partially reveal his bare chest. Many tiny arcane runes and sigils are tattooed into his flesh. They glow softly as they rflect the pale gray light of the hold.

Upon seeing the Ulfan man Uthred speaks to him in Skald hoping to set the man at ease first.
"Ulfen Lord Hrethnar, we are no assassins, I myself came from a small town outside of Jol. We came to stop this party of three from doing more harm. Listen to my friends as they speak to you. Their words are truth from one Ulfen man to another."

Harrow doesn't speak the tongue of the northmen, and isn't sure how to proceed. He thinks it likely best to wait for the honey-tongued Mareq to weigh in.
"These guys not help you. They not able to get you back alive. They lying to you. Maybe we help get revenge different way and get into tomb for you."

Bummer. You guys almost made it. But, even with Berosius opting to Aid Another, you'll be short of the required DC 40 check to make Hrethnar your ally. You guys did get bonuses for offering to exact revenge on Sempet Sevenfingers.
