Shayla clenches her teeth for a moment when she sees one of the arrows pass through the allip, but quickly assumes singing.
I hate to admit it, but... I fear we need the wizard...
She moves north, and to a position close to Archibald. While moving, Shayla tries to prevent being hit by the allips.

Heinrich enraged manages to swirl his nodachi through the smoke creature and take away some of it's essence but it's doing a lot lets damage then it would have done against a target made out of living flesh, bones and blood.
Cogstadt fires a bolt into is as well, trailing a bit of smoke away from the creature
Don't feel bad about not confirming..you need a ghost touch magic weapon to be able to crit incorporeals as far as I know
Shayla tries to dodge out of the creatures reach but fails and both the babbling smoke monsters try to make her pay for ignoring them...and for her singing.

We really need to get on top of this encounter, *fast* - despite hitting, I effectively did no damage this round, since all I did was cancel temps (with one point of spill over). That, and the fact that we can only maintain a two-person front, means this could be quite dangerous :-/

Shayla takes out her bow, cursing about not picking up her swords before opening the doors again, and shoots two arrows at the same allip that's receiving Heinrich's attacks.

While Shalya manages to hit the same one with as far as I can tell a normal/non-magical? arrow out of the 2 she fired which just passes through the allips smokey body without doing anything to it.
Also, unless you have a ghost touch weapon, you can't crit these things and a longbow has a *3 crit btw..so you'd have done more damage..if you could
These things are actually more annoying then nasty....they might put one of you in a coma...but that could take a long time..and since you guys can't deal a whole lot of damage to them either they just might get their chance..if you think this is nasty..you are not going to like one of the next rooms...

Wish I could help. With temp hp, we do need to focus fire (both are wounded). Otherwise we will definitely be toast. This is reminding me of the encounter with the shadow doing str dmg. Ouch.

I have cold iron and alchemical silver arrows, and my swords are cold iron, but I have no magic weapons yet.
Seeing how her arrows don't harm the clouds at all, Shayla doesn't see a lot of options left. She decides to do the only thing she can think of, while singing, and that's to grabs Archibald's shoulder again and shake him violently.
I do have acid and Alchemist's fire, but I don't want to hit everyone with splash damage :/

@Shayla: Unfortunately, both acid flasks and alchemist's fire are alchemical in origin, not magical, and will do no damage to an incorporeal creature.
Oil of Magic Weapon or Bless Weapon is really what you need here. That, or Ghost Salt applied to arrows.

Cogstadt tries to reload his crossbow which the allip next to him right away tries to make him forgot how to do that

Ripping the memory from Cogstadt brain (DC 15 will save or loose1d4 ⇒ 4 wisdom (no temp hp gained I think since he still has them, it's the same source and it doesn't state that they stack)
But Cogstadt arrow does - barely- make it through the smoke that is the allip ripping some of it away.
@Kalaron You want to take your action from last round as well...sure, since it doesn't seem to effect anything else that happened since then..but that means that the allip lost temp from your attack and got some back after his attack vs Cogstadt
Kalaron get's a burst of speed and sneaks in an attack..and then tries another attack at normal speed and misses.

Archibald fires 2 magic missiles into one of the allips I don't think you can decide what to target after you've seen one hit since it's one action, but it doesn't matter at this time both hitting full force into what ever makes up the esscence of these creatures

It doesn't matter much in the current situation, because applying the oil is a standard action and I can't do much else this turn anyway, but do I have to spend a move action to take the oil from Cogstadt? Seems to me either he has to give it, or I have to take it. Both would be a move action, probably?
Shayla takes the oil of magic weapon from Cogstadt, and applies it to her longbow.
"Okay, ready to go!" she says, and notches an arrow.
@Heinrich: You'll probably move out of your flanked position, but if you could move in a way that allows me to keep a line of sight on a target that'd be nice :) Low chance I'll be able to hit the allips with both the melee and cover penalties.

If Heinrich can 5ft. step I can step forward and burning hands the two of them, casting defensively. I think fire spells are still half damage, and I fear it's alchemists fire after this... and I'm not sure how a splash weapon would work on an incorporeal creature. I'll probably switch to Aid-Another or defensive buffs.

@Shalya. Well you can't take it out from his possession (unless you start rolling steal checks)...so the only way is for him to pass it to you, or him to take it out and drop it as a free action and you can pick it up from the floor as a move

As Clandelve comes to, he quickly sees he has missed much of the battle and put his companions in danger. Knowing his axe will do little against the incorporeal creature, he drops his axe and wields his shield with both hands.
"Looks like ye let me sleep in!" he mutters as he begins swinging his magical shield toward the thing, but being abruptly awakened causes him to swing erratically.

incorporeal creatures can be crited without a ghost touch weapon. They just take half damage unless the creature entry says it is immune to criticals. Just to let you know.
