@Chaul, you can channel without provoking, but if you walk all the way down the stairs to the back..your provoking for moving..taking 1 step back should be doable though..
Sera attacks the bugbear, but her attacks is at a bad angle and is deflected by the bugbear's armor
Gunnar hurls some fire at the bugbear but having to aim over everyone's heads misses his target

Going by positions on the map, where you show up as being the closet to the bugbear..I'll assume you moved back now

Chaul blesses the party
Soulveliss tries to tumble past the bugbear (having to go through his square as opposed to going round him means that if you fail to beat his CMD -which you do- means you don't move through him, and he get's to make an AOO) and stumbles right into the bugbear right knee, who in return tries to stomp down on top of Soulveliss

..but also misses.

Back now, things got a bit delayed and still catching up
@Soulvellis; I understand that you want to go around him, but the problem is that he's blocking the door way and the only way to the other side is through him. Which can be done with acrobatics..it's just a bit more difficult to do so
Gunnar hits the bugbear right between it's eyes and you can smell the burning eyebrows
Growling the bugbear swings his morning star at the only target he has
To hit AC Soulveliss: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17 but the smoke of his burning eyes brows cause him to blink and missjudge his angle of attack and the spiked bits go right past Soulvellis nose.
Quartz throws a bomb which falls short and explodes over both the bugbear and Soulveliss
Reflex save: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
with the bugbear taking the brunt of the blast

As Soulveliss tries to push his way past the bugbear the bugbear takes a swipe at him
To hit Soulvellis unless he has improved bull rush or another way to avoid the attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26 smacking Soulvellis to the side of his head
Damage Soulvellis: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
due to the smack he takes he's pushed to the side and his attempt to move the bugbear fails completely.
Sera then growls a prayer to Torag and thrusts once more and puts the tip of her spear right through the bugbear's throat, bringing it down in a spray of blood.
The bugbear was carrying 2 keys (after a quick attempt you find out one of them unlocks the door for this room), a morningstar, a composite longbow, leather armor, 3 garnets worth 50 gp each, 124 gp and a ring (which detects as magical when examined that way).

Gesturing wildly he pulls apart his hands and thrust them forward as if opening some great door. And when he does so, healing radiance spills out of the wounded group.

@Soulveliss, not sure why you roll a D100 for stabilization. As far as I know you need to make a con check with a penalty equal to you negative hps and make a 10, so with a con of 12 and at -4, you roll 1d20+1 and need to get a 14
@Gunnar you indeed found a wand of cure lights wounds, feel free to use it
Soulvellis get's healed (and stands up and gathers his dropped weapons from the stairs).

The party makes their way back and then down the stairs
Stairs wind downward to the right, circling around a glowing wall of semi-translucent green stone. It seems the Azlanti tower was built around a core of some other material—a spire within a spire.

Quartz moves up drawing a vial off holy water out of his bandolier and throws it at the zombie, hitting it in the chest...it's undead flesh starts to bubble and steam.

The zombie already hit by the holy water collapses into a puddle of melting flesh while the other one seems to be leaking what eer necrotic energies is animating it.

With Sera and Gunnar stumbling and almost hitting each other the remaining zombie reacts faster then you'd expect from a typical zombie and attempts to slam it's fist into the side of Sera skull. Soulvellis hangs back a bit laughing at their antics.

to confirm: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Hitting Sera hard, but not hard enough to knock her out.
