Thanks again for your patience everyone. Because I spend so much time on the computer during the day I avoid turning it on at home. Internet especially gets ignored, so posting the weekend (S & M) is usually pretty slow for me.

Also, if you haven't seen there will be a PBP game day starting in April.

I see in the "Characters" tab, there is a "Previous Characters" list, that one of the GM's characters is listed there. Presumably you inadvertantly posted with the wrong alias. How do I move Zahir to that list?

Can Dylara and Melon do more this round? Dylara picked up her weapons and moves to the door. So those are a standard and a move action. Melon has only moved. If Dylara orders her to attack the, will Melon be able to force it open with strength? (That'll save an action for Dylara next round.)

EDIT after seeing game thread: Picking up a weapon is a move action and so is Handle Animal. Dylara's arming herself is a move action. Melon moves through the door as his(her?) move action. In R5 everyone will have a full action (well except Malleck who has been staggered).

Prior to 6th level, Staggered just isn't as scary.

With the door open there's no need for the Handle Animal check. Melon will follow on her own, wanting to protect Dylara.

I am moving the previous round summary to the discussion thread to reduce clutter in the game thread. FYI I am treating the 'I just woke up as a readied action' (even though you only had a move left), but because of their high initiative rolls Dylara & Beads get a regular round in Round 5 before the elves. Beads did you arm yourself?

Do the round spoilers work for everyone? Any confusion I can help clear up?

R4 summary
Malleck (20): misses the elf
4x Green elves (13): attack Malleck
Branson (4): uses the wand on Malleck
Traceni (2): enchants an elf
Dylara, Melon, Beads: Move into the fray.

FWIW: Some of you are doing this already, but some are new to PbP so I am going to state it. I am ok with everyone in the first group (Dylara, Melon, Malleck) going before or after each other. This way no single person has to wait on another person's posting schedule. After I post the critters action for the round I ask the the people in the second group post before the people in the first group start the next round.

R5 summary
Dylara (21): loads crossbow, handles animal, shoots crossbow (EDIT: missed free action for AniComp)
Melon (21): misses elf
Malleck (20): kills an elf
Beads (15): dazes elf (marked with stars on the map)

All the crew has a name, its a small crew. When you ask a person a question or more include a roll. If others want to aid, they can also roll. Sounds like starting by questioning Killick. Ask away.

I have updated the campaign info to include the folks you met at dinner the first night.

I also updated the map and changed it's name. I am running two other PBP & will be adding their maps soon, so I hope this will be less confusing.

Diplomacy requires a full minute of interaction. In that time many compliments, questions, comments, and such are exchanged. Only one roll is needed per person, not per question. In the case of the multiple rolls I have been ignore anything beyond the first. However when the Captain was in the same room as Azuretta, I did take the next diplomacy roll that was provided as a diplomacy with him.

I hope that is less confusing for everyone :)

to everyone if you know you will not post for a couple of days, please mention it here. If you are still checking in but dinnae have anything to add to the conversation, please just bump the thread with something in character. It doesn't have to be every day in this case, but if you have missed a couple & are still following please run your fingers through your beard, mutter a prayer, or spark your fingers just for the joy of seeing flames.
