The dog yelps, but still stands.

Reta drops her crossbow and pulls out her dogslicer as she gleefully jumps into fray.

Dogslicer: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 3 + 1 = 19 Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 2 = 5

Reta stabs the dog square in the side and it goes down as well.

Poog picks up his javelin, then takes a look around.

"Poog think we go check deck down first."

Once doggies are dead, Chuffy presses one finger to his lips in a signal for quiet and scouts around looking for danger or signs that the cannibal is in the cabin or has heard the dog barking and is coming to investigate.
(Does the cabin have a window? If not, Chuff will listen at the door. Also, does the ship have a crows nest? If so, Chuffy will use his ring and climb up to have a look around.)

Reta merrily slices off a couple of dog ears and stuffs them into a pouch, heedless of the slightly drippy mess it made in the pouch as a result. She then follows Chuffy in their quiet stompy ways.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21

With the dogs dead and Reta taking trophies, the other goblins spread out.
Poog suggest the lower deck, but Chuffy's checking the upper deck's cabin door. No window.

Chuffy's next course of action is checking out the crows nest, which he easily gets to. He shows off and climbs it the hard way via the steam pipe, like a boss. Looking around he sees the entirety, as far as possible, of the sealed off swampy perimiter. As well as some birds flying by.
Chuffy, 2 reflex DC 14 please.

Uh oh! Did Chuffy find trouble? Sorry Poog, didn't even see your post when I made mine.
Reflex Save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22

Chuffy likes this nice ring, too bad he will have to give back to chief when they return. He grips the rigging with his toes when he notices Reta watching and waves his arms in a "look-ma-no-hands!" sort of way. When he is done showing off he searches around the upper platforms/crow's nest for anything handy.

Reta dances a happy dance at Chuffy's antics. Then she stomps back and forth (most quietly) as she waits for the rest of the group to be ready see what the growling in the cabin is about.

Trouble...sorta :)

As Chuffy was up in the crows nest, a flock of geese flew over. Luckily Chuffy dodged both "mini bombs".

Once everyone makes it back by the door, Reta points and asks the resident rogue. "Chuffy open? Break door?"

Ah... So nothing fun in the crows-nest for Chuffy to find? =(

Chuffy shakes his fist at the filthy birdies before climbing down.
Climb: 1d20 + 3 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 3 + 5 = 19

He grins, nodding quietly to Reta as he checks for traps or if the door is locked, he gets out his tools and gets to work unlocking the door.
Stealth: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (14) + 16 = 30
Perception on door/lock: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Disable Device: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22

Once the door is unlocked, he gestures to Reta in a "ladies-first" manner and knocks an arrow to his bow ready to follow behind her as she opens the door.

Mugmurch puts himself before Reta and Chuffy with an Alchemist fire in his hands. Have heard anything and expect problems, Chuffy?

Reta nods. "Reta hear growling. We go in. On three. Three!" Counting to three the goblin way, Reta opens the door and aims her crossbow at as she peers in.

Reta opens the door in a "who gives a heck" fashion....and stares into the big teeth filled maw of a large bloodthirsty dog named "Cuddles".

Another bad dog... shall we cook him? asks Mogmurch as he goes a few feet back. And then, he throws his Alchemist fire to the dog to start cocking it.

It smells goood.

Poog throws a javelin at the dog, but misses. "Bah!"

Round 1
Mogmurch scores a sure hit with the flask, Cuddles' barking ferociously.
Poog's javelin ends up in an arc well above Cuddles.
Cuddles (-7) moves forward, disregarding safety in its rage. He provokes an attack from Reta, but she misses barely. He proceeds to sink his teeth into Mogmurch for 7 dmg.

Somewhere further on the deck, a door slammed. To the goblins' dismay, a wild looking goblin appears, accompanied by a giant frog. Oh noes, you've awoken the horror. :(
"Yumyum, morrrre food for the pot. Female goblin in white be good appetizer!"

"Reta not food! Leave Reta be!" The veiled goblin responded most eloquently as she drops her poor crossbow, draws the dogslicer, and goes to work on Cuddles.

Reta hits Cuddles for another 4 dmg.
Chuffy's turn

Appears where? Is she inside the cabin? No marker on the map...

Chuffy fires on the Goblin hag if he can. "Bite that!" He says, but only after he fires, not wanting to spoil his sneak attack if he can help it.

If Vorka is not close enough or too covered to fire on, change action to:

Chuffy drops his bow in favor of his blade as well and tumbles into the room, avoiding the dog's snaps as he takes up a flanking position with Reta and strikes at the cur.

Longtung "Ribbit..", opens his maw and his tongue flings at Chuffy. It wraps itself around his ankle. (grappled, CMD15 to break free)
Vorka poofs up a flame in her hand and throws it at Poog, but she misses and hits a butterfly instead.

Mogmurch move a few feet to the southeast trying to avoid the dog, and throws a bomb to Vorka.

last bomb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 141d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 3 points of splash damage DC 12 to the frog, if the attack hits

Meanwhile, the fire hurts the dog one last time aditional damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4

I´ll heal myslef next round if I´m still alive. I coudn´t resist to throw my last bomb to Vorka and pet, seeing the so close

Chuffy flank and kill buddy, flank and kill.

"Chuffy!" Poog yells loudly. "Zarongel with you! He telling you stab dog dead kill!"

Sorry guys, I'd love to but can't move while grappled and breaking it eats my standard action... =/

Chuffy flings down the bow in frustration and shoots the holy-fire priest an incredulous look as he hops on one foot, trying to wiggle free of the great frog's sticky tongue. "Tell Zarongel Chuffy be with him as soon as he is not being eaten by a giant frog!"

Escape Artist: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15

Barely wriggling loose, Chuffy draws his dogslicer and steps back into a flanking position.

Chuffy wriggles himself loose from the frog's sticky tongue and gets into flanking position.

Round 3
Cuddles is getting into a predicament, with the goblins surrounding him.
It bites back at Reta, who dodges. Huzzah! He retreats by a 5ft step.
Lord Longtung moves in front of Vorka and lashes with his tongue at Mogmurch. He misses, much to Mogmurch's relief.
Vorka hurls another glob of fire, at Poog now. Poog's behind gets hit for 5 fire dmg.

"Puppy be scared! Puppy run away!" Reta dances with glee as she takes another slash at Cuddles.

Dogslicer: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 3 + 1 = 22 Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 = 6

The dance takes Reta away from the retreating dog.

Attack with dogslicer, then 5' to the east. Reta pulls out the gourd (dragon breath) from the chieftan.

If Cuddles still lives:

Poog moves to the position where Cuddles was earlier, grinning widely. "Dog go back inside! Haha!"

He takes the cabin's door, and slams it shut so Cuddles can no longer attack the goblins. "We focus! Dog killing later! Two more behind us!"

If Reta's attack killed Cuddles, I'd like to do something else. I'll post that if the GM lets us know Reta killed Cuddles.

Cuddles is disabled after Reta's attack, but still standing.

Round 3

Ah! Totally missed the ret-con on crow's nest goodies found first time around.

Chuffy climbed down from the crow's nest with a maniacally gleeful expression on his scabby, boil covered face. He opened his pack and displayed the haul proudly making sure to hand Reta a pretty firework candle and one of his own tindertwigs with a grin. "We take some fireworks back to Chief, but maybe need it before then." He secures one of the fireworks safely in his pack, just in case they don't find anymore and gives the third Desnan candle to Poog along with another tindertwig. He sticks one Alchemist Fire in his pocket and gives the other vial to Mogmurch along with the masterwork sling and 12 stones since he has no ranged option like the bow.

There we go, hopefully GM is ok with that ret-con and everyone will have some more options to work with for this fight.

Chuffy reaches into his pocket and pulls out the Alchemist Fire and hurls it at the giant frog. "Not if we cook frog first!"

Ranged Touch Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3

Mogmurch move to put the mast between him and the frog, and then he drimks the potion they found in Lotslegs´lair

potion of cure moderate: 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (7, 2) + 3 = 12

Chuffy lobs a flask at Lord Longtung, the frog is hit for 3 fire dmg, Vorka gets hit for 1 splash too.
Mogmurch takes "safer" distance and glugs down a healing potion.

Round 3
Lord longtung takes Fire: 1d6 ⇒ 3 fire dmg from the after effect.
He proceeds to attack Poog with his tongue. Poog ducks right in time to see the tongue go forth and back overhead.
Vorka lobs more fire, now at Chuffy. A smelly scorchmark between his legs as she barely missed, she then "walks" up the mast.

Chuffy we're in round 3 and you have acted with the alchemist fire on the frog. We're just waiting for Poog to make his action.

Poog figures it's important that the healer himself doesn't go down. He takes his wand of cure light wounds, and taps his wound with it.
