Qatala, I don't think you can fight defensively or use combat expertise unless you actually make an attack. If there is a rule you have that lets you do it, please point me to it.

I'd also like to point out that I've split the dretches and big bad in initiative. Its fine this round since pretty much everyone is just moving up, but be aware of that going forward.

Ugh, sorry Valyssa. Your saves are not doing you any favors this game.

The dretch by the crusaders once again slashes one of the crusaders across the throat. However, seeing rescuers approaching has given him the will to fight. He dodges at the last second, avoiding the worst of the blow, then follows it up by spitting in the dretch's face.

The other dretch stands it's group. It chants in demonic, then hocks a gigantic, foul looking loogie that lands in the middle of your group, then blossoms into a disgusting, foul smelling cloud. Everyone needs a DC 13 fort save or be nauseated for as long as you are in the cloud and 1d4+1 rounds after you leave. You roll separately for each creature, so go ahead and roll when you leave the cloud if you fail the save.

Coup De Grace: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4

In the distance, you see Ser Ilivan has his lance couched and is charging towards the oncoming demons. The hooves of his mount thunder across the dusty ground, and he brutally impacts the dretch leading the pack, killing it where it stands. He rides by, and begins to wheel around for another pass.

Valyssa is afraid, and Maruka is nauseated, so I'm going to go ahead and do the dretch. Feel free to take your move action Maruka.

Facing a capable opponent, the Dretch will abandon its work slaughtering innocent crusaders and full attack Qatala, to little effect.

It is in the ability description of summon, where it says it acts as summon monster one which means one round. I posted the summon spell like ability in the discussion

No problems. No one is perfect. I am definitely not perfect. I actually like being corrected, I always find it as learning experiences which make me a better GM.Now with that started out, time to finish this.

Zavita does not like what she is hearing from the chanting beast. She moves to the far side of the bimorak and aims her Ankh at her, attempting to disrupt what ever it is doing.

I agree, I'll never get upset over someone correcting me. I specifically checked the rules on spell like ability because I was unsure, but obviously didn't dive deep enough :D. What is the duration on the blind?

Unable to see, the Brimorak demon will stalk closer to where the pesky Oracle was before she blinded him. He throws his head back, and then vomits forth a torrent of boiling hot blood, dousing Zavita.

The dretch, prone, and facing down a skilled monk wielding a cold iron weapon, decides to make use of his spell like abilities to attempt to disable Qatala. However, he is too terrified. He starts casting a spell, and then, starts babbling pathetically in demonic after he is unable to complete it.

Zavita somehow managed to dodge most of the boiling blood. She takes a moment to heal her self before pressing the assault.
Using Combat healer revelation to cast a spell as a swift action, expending two slots to do so. And safe curing revelation means I take no AOO from healing spells

Now feeling a little bit better, she attempts to cast a spell defensively. But the fight with the demon is beginning to get to her, seeing as she is now pinned to the wall. Not sure if I am in range, but better safe than sorry

The Brimorak demon is actually a small creature, which I did not realize in my initial description. You are fairly confident that, barring any incredibly unusual abilities, it does not currently threaten you and thus would not need to cast defensively.
