Maybe I'm missing something, but boots of speed would give you a speed of 60 feet. With the x4 movement cost, it would take 120 feet of movement to get from where you were to where you are, which would mean you could double move there, but not attack.

He takes a chip out of it and parries the next attack as well.

However, Fandral doesn't even see the tentacles that come flying out of the cloud until it is too late. It's clear, whatever creature is in the center of that fog, can see through it clearly. Only due to the golem in front of him does he manage to avoid death. Yet the one tentacle that does connect, hits hard enough to drop him.
Edit: I realized Fandral would have had cover, so the first 2 attacks narrowly missed. The third attack will hit him however.

Sielan pushes forward through the cold trying to grit through the pain.
Cold Wall: 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13
Unable to get a solid view of foe and fiend, Sielan hesitates attacking through the fog.
If possibly, I would like to try to use knowledge (arcana) to see if I can identify if that fog is a spell effect in place that can be dispelled.
Knoweledge (arcana): 1d20 + 15 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 15 + 2 = 31
If I identify it, I would use my arcane bond to cast dispel magic to attempt to remove the fog otherwise, I'll cast blur on Svetlana.
In either case I will finish my turn using the Armiger's Panoply to switch to a set of full plate.

Hellion, you should be able to leap out of there now with the 1/rage flight. Vinnie, same goes to you. You can choose to rage for just 1 round to get into position and stop after that. Fandral I'm sure will want the +4 con and fast heal 4 until he can extract himself from that... situation.

Fandral finds the mist is not just extremely cold, but soul-numbingly cold.

The golem manages to gather up some of the bits of coral in the water (fast healing) but doesn't pursue the Pathfinders down the narrow tunnel and retreats.
The fog, and whatever is at the center of it gets closer, suddenly a streak of cold erupts and flies through the middle of the group.

Saul shivers as the cold bites into him. With a shout he changes the cadence of his war chant.
Casting Flexible Fury, replacing Bestial Leaper with Energy Resistance (Cold). For the duration of the rage you can no longer spring attack but now everyone gets cold resistance equal to their level.
"Alright friends... we're well protected. Buck up and let's push through! We've got an imprisoned lord to see today!"
With haste and some semblance of flying we could very likely make our way out of here and leave these guys in the dust. I'm down to try if the rest of you are. If people are in agreement, I'll use my move action to help take the point and protect the injured.

Despite avoiding a direct shot from the blast of cold, Sielan still isn't used to the harsher cold this place is afflicting upon him. He grits his teeth and takes on Solomon's rallying cry as he pushes forward into the fog, trying to locate the entity in the fog.
"Falling back seems like a great idea to me. As long as I have my magic I should be able to catch up. I'll hold it off!" Sielan offers a scream of rage as he pushes forward.
Accept Solomon's rage, move forward to try to locate the tentacled thing in the fog and strike it with a spiked gauntlet. Move me where I need to be before I run into it. If this would force me within range of the golems, I will not pursue further into their reach.

Saul's next turn will be to use his flight to retreat with the party. If Sielan has to make a saving throw against anything other than the fog and fails, Saul will use his saving finale to give him a reroll.

As Sielan moves in, a tentacle lashes out at him from the fog. It strikes, him, but his rage protects him from the cold.

Moving forward, he does find the creature at the center of the fog. It looks like a blot of darkness with a single large red eye surrounded by 3 fifteen-foot long tentacles. He manages to barely connect with his gauntlet. The creature's body seems to be absorbing all the cold around it, into the darkness.
Let me know if you are accepting the rage at the start of your turn as it will affect whether you take cold damage from the mist.

I voluntarily fail my saving throw because it's funnier and also because Vinnie bought that thing ten levels ago and HAS NEVER EVER DRAWN IT. I think he's forgotten he had it!
As his morningstar crumbles, Vinnie looks down at it. "Wait. Was that mine? Holy money bags, I forgot I had that. Truth is, I kept grabbing it by the pointy end and never drew it. I mean, barbaric thing it is, a stick with a pointy ball on top? Why? Oh well. Still, I vote we beat feet and try another route. I mean, I've got an executive position waiting for me at United Airlines, just as soon as I figure out what an Airlines is. I can't die in the cold. It would be un-executive-like behavior." Vinnie begins to slog backwards out of this cold hell.

I think Fandral should be at 11 now due to fast healing, and 15 as soon as his turn starts. As soon as we're clear I'll be dropping a Path of Glory coupled with a Lesser Celestial Totem Rage to clean up as much of the damage as possible.
"Alright friends, Vinnie is free and clear! Fandral, Avelina, fall back and join him. We'll regroup at the edge of the ice chasm and find a better route to our objective!"
When it gets back to Saul's turn he'll cycle his rage to let everyone get another leap, and make a hasted leap out of this mess. Feel free to bot any of his retreating actions in order to speed us along to our next event. Once we're clear I'll mark of whatever resources are needed to clear up the HP damage, but I'll need someone else to cover the ability damage. 4 CHA damage kinda hurts on me.

Then a serious expression crosses her face. “Our efforts have not gone without notice. My divinations indicate that Kelizandri, the Brackish Emperor himself, is displeased and wreaking havoc. Beware of flash floods and rain! Take care, Pathfinders!”

Everyone else moves back from the creature, leaving only Solomon and Sielan in the mist.
The creature that had been absorbing the cold around him suddenly releases all that cold in a explosive burst.
The bolt of cold was actually a swift action spell, its standard action last round was to cast detonate, which goes off... now!
