Ok, before we begin, I'll need your PFS number, faction, and your email address. Please PM this information if you would like if you haven't already.
Aaziroth, before we begin, could you assign an avatar to your character? It doesn't have to be an image of him if you can't find one you like, but the avatars make it much easier to keep track of who is posting what in the gameplay thread.

Forgive me for asking, as I'm still learning the rules:
In regards to the knowledge checks, I'm not trained in any of those, but I know the Grand Lodge has a library. Would I research each topic for 1d4 hours and do a separate check or would researching for 1d4 hours cover all the topics with one check?
@Aariroth, given that you had plenty of time to prepare, you can utilize the Grand Lodge library and make those skill checks untrained for DC's higher than 10. No need to roll for how long it took since it happened before the scenario started.
It looks like everyone is ready to go, but I still need a faction from Yuki :)
Andoran became Liberty's Edge. It's much the same except not explicitly tied to Andoran any longer.
Osirion became the Scarab Sages. It's still similar to what it used to be, but no longer has ties to its country of origin.
Cheliax became the Dark Archive. It's more concerned with unearthing dark lore than serving House Thrune's interests.
Taldor became the Sovereign Court. Instead of focusing on Taldor interests, they now concern themselves with the interests of all nobility.
Sczarni and Qadira merged into the Exchange under the leadership of the former Qadira faction leader. It reflects the interests of both factions now, but skews more to the making money aspects.
I'll second Yuki's like of the Wayfinder app. Having the speech, dice, etc. Tags available at a touch makes posting by phone or tablet much less tedious.
Sounds good. Kuaizi sometimes likes to tumble around and through enemy squares into flanking positions, so that could work nicely with the rogue right behind him.

So here's a situation where rp comes into question. Having a 10 int, how much should my character be able to figure out? Or do I just ask questions and make observations as I would?
Yeah, it's up to you. It depends on how you like to play it.
I personally prefer to conform my character to their Int score. I enjoy portraying my character more precisely to their mental abilities, even at expense to figuring out the game. If you do want to do likewise, here's a helpful hint. I read a while back that multiplying your Int score by 10 gives you an approximate IQ for your character. So an Int of 10 would be an IQ of 100, which is average intelligence. Wisdom and Charisma should be taken into account as well, of course.
I'm moving Kuaizi on the map now, though he is delaying. If anyone shoots (ahem, Oleander), don't take a -4 penalty since he's not in melee yet, not until just before the Construct's turn.

You should have been a paladin, not a monk!
Talk about taking one for the team.
Oleanders heal check was.. poor, hopefully someone has a CLW wand on them, Oleander will be able to use that.

I still have some learning to do about the rules. I didn't realize I could perform an action while at 0 hp. Now I know but hope I don't have to use it. ;)
BTW Talwin has a CLW wand although I now see I need to get one. It's 2 prestige points right?

The 2PP covers the item cost for the wand. 2PP gets you an item worth a bit more than a CLW wand, but you don't get change :-(
To keep things simple and since I think you have sufficient numbers to overcome the challenges ahead, we'll just assume Arcen opted to return to the surface in lieu of exploring more. If he does return before we finish, we'll instead assume for the time being that he's overwhelmed by the strangeness of your current surroundings.

Looks like we don't have a choice but to go up elevator and through door with warning. Before we do, we should try to get amulet from our friend to show completion of task. Maybe someone w/ diplomacy should ask.
Putting sci-fi into a fantasy setting is hard to pull off. I can understand the backlash. However, I am enjoying myself anyway!
Regarding Oleander's ooc comments, yeah we may as well have someone understand certain modern and sci-fi words so we don't lose the game. I'm just roleplaying Kuaizi, who has great ignorance about UFOs and the like, lol.
And yes, Aaziroth, though the holographic map shows a wheel of other rooms that I thought could be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise (or we could be thus rotated within the circle of rooms), it appears up is the only way to go for us right now. I feel like we're missing some clues due to nobody being trained in knowledge(engineering), though...
