As Ophelia and Melufiuos examine the body, she does appear completely dead. However, putting their expertise together, they quickly figure out that the body is regenerating, which means she probably won't be dead for long.

Before they have a chance to share this with the others, the gaunt elf's eyes pop open, she grasps her unholy symbol of Lamashtu and channels negative energy, yelling, "You WILL dream of me!"

Everyone takes 6 damage from the channeling, unless you make a DC 14 Will save for only 3 damage.

Also, everyone can act in a combat round.

GM Screen:

Channel negative energy damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6

I'm just going to assume everyone attacks it in order to wrap things up.

The combined force of the party does severe damage to the body, but it keeps regenerating. That is until Kelsier attacks it with his silver double sword, which seems to stop the elf's healing permanently.

On her body you find a potion of Cure Light Wounds, a magical scroll of Aid, a masterwork breastplate, a masterwork buckler, a dagger, a masterwork longbow with 20 arrows, a cold iron rapier, an antitoxin, a blackened silver holy symbol of Lamashtu, a noblewoman’s robes, 4 parchment pages filled with Lamashtu holy scripts, a silver necklace (100 gp value), a silver ring bearing Lamashtu’s symbol (50 gp value), and a spell component pouch.

In the corner of the room you also discover a set yellowed bones draped over a chair in a corner of the gallery. On the remains you recover an iron signet ring and a rusty iron bracelet that holds two pearls. At the feet of the corpse you also find masterwork stoneworker’s chisels inside a satchel.

Torvic is found cowering under a table, although his anxiety begins to recede once he sees the elf woman is truly dead.

If you look for the mites and derros party goers, it seems that they have all seem to have escaped, presumably through the eastern chamber that exits into the Darklands.

* * *

With the Gallery of Wonders liberated from its strange squatters, the party exits the caverns and escorts Torvic and the former prisoners back to civilization. As the dwarf leader begins to recover from his trauma, you are able to piece together that he lead a group into the Hall of Wonder, but they were overwhelmed by its inhabitants. The survivors were then subjected to derro experimentation as well as tortured by nightmares created by the elf woman, who possessed the capability to shape their dreams in whatever cruel or dark manner she wished. When Torvic managed to escape, his nightmares only grew in intensity, which is why he was so adverse to sleeping.

Once he begins feeling like himself again, Torvic leaves your company to spread word of his discovery among the dwarf kingdoms. Shortly thereafter, other eager dwarves begin to arrive to reclaim the Gallery of Wonders. In a couple of months, dwarven craftsmen in the Five Kings Mountains rediscover some of the techniques of their lost master artisan. Since you were instrumental in this discovery, you all find yourselves with a small bit celebrity with the dwarves of the Five Kings Mountains.

You also discover that the prisoner you rescued named Lyrehawk has influential friends among the Andoren Eagle Knights in Almas. The knights offer you all a lavish feast and gift you with ten +1 fey
bane arrows

yay for silvered weapons! A little bummed I didn't get to roll out the fight, but... those things are always one-sided. She didn't stand a chance at that point.

Yeah, basically with one hit Kelsier would stop her regeneration and finally really kill her.
