Fort: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28

Shandor casts a spell, and though no sound can be heard, the flames in the elemental are clearly disturbed, roaring briefly, then dying down slightly.

Oloch moves as he casts a spell.

There are audible commands, but not from behind the elementals. No door is discernible anywhere is this corridor, but the command seem to come from east of the large elemental, not south of it.

Feel free to adjust your movement accordingly.

The mummies and the elemental start a frentic melee: the elemental scores first blood, setting fire to one of the mummies, but the mummies retaliate strongly.
Attack, On Mummies: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (16) + 12 = 281d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Attack, On Mummies: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
RFX: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Attack, On Elemental: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (12) + 14 = 261d8 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Attack, On Elemental: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 181d8 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13

Commands are shouted from north of the mummies, and directly east of the elemental, but it's not clear from where. No passage are visible in either direction, only alcoved walls.

The smaller fire creatures move down the corridor.

You may attempt a will save to disbelieve illusions to the east of the fire elemental, and north of the mummies, at a +4, because of the audible commands.

Kyra casts a blessing, and Oloch charge steh elemental, hewing away at it with his huge blade, and causing massive damage. With a fizzle, the fire in the elemental seems to burn out.

Hagnar: that's a lot of actions. I think you're having a move, a standard (the potion) and another standard. Am I missing something? Assuming no strength bonus for the time being.

Hagnar moves into the large chapel behind the illusory door. The air in the chapel carries the scent of incense and old parchment. A simple altar occupies the east wall. An ibis statue sits behind it, silently gazing over any visitors. Pale light shines on the altar from a painting of the moon on the ceiling, illuminating stray motes of dust.

Hagnar slashes at the sphinx, who radiates a aura of terror as Hagnar appears. I need a DC 20 will save

Kress arrives at the elemental just as it is being hacked to pieces by Oloch.

The mummified sphinx withdraws when Hagnar appears, and moves down the chapel. The fire mephitis move into the chapel, but do not attack, and a (second) voice beckons from north of the battle site: Victory, my minions. And unexpected help against my foe. Strangers, why don't you step over here and introduce yourselves?

The mummies remain motionless.

We're not in combat/rounds, as there seems to be some kind of lull (and it would slow things down to have negotiations in round). If you decide to attack Saruna (so far, the consensus steers towards hearing her side of the story) I would suggest re-rolling init, but having no surprise or flat-footedness (since everyone is well aware of each other)
