If you could say you loaned it to me after last fight, that would be enough.

Fungus Zombies, round 1
Licen walks around the burial wall to attack yellow.
He takes an aoo from blue, as he moves close.
Fetid fist aoo: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22Pow: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Despite the hard swing, he himself hacks into yellow. The zombie explodes in a fountain of rot and gore.
Mykel moves south and notices green as he moves. Deciding it hasn't been introduced to his blade yet, he makes the two aquainted, slashing the flank for 8.
Maladash smacks to pulp blue's fetid head.
Maladash earlier fort: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
-------------
Green tries a swing at Mykel in return.
Fist: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20, but Mykel deflects it with his blade, then cuts off the zombie's head. Along with it, the zombie explodes.
-------------
Brayden
-------------
Blue, Red & Yellow
-------------
Mercutio
Brayden, a fort roll DC 11 please.
Licen 2, 1 for the hit from aoo and 1 for the rot explosion.
Maladash a fort roll vs the rot explosion of blue.
Mykel a fort roll vs green's rot explosion.
Chyrone |
Botting.
Fort Brayden vs rot bomb: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Brayden wipes off the goo from his face and draws his sword, as he scours the rest of the halls for any other threats, which he sees one of nearby.
The others also resist the rot explosions' effects.
---------
Red
Slam vs Brayden: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 141d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
The fetid fist is deflected by Brayden's shield.
---------
Mercutio
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
Mercutio gives the zombie a smart slash along its flank.
dagger: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
slashing damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
Are you raging? As you still have 2 str dmg.
No, I'm not, and I thought I had 4. My base Strength is 16.
Maladash, the Paladin of Chaos |
Maladash throws the morningstar on the floor, grabs a crossbow and just shoots at zombie.
Crossbow: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 - 4 = 21d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
...But fickle Lady Luck once again turned away from the fickle Paladin of Chaos.
Chyrone |
Botting Brayden.
Our brave paladin mentioned being afk due to his marriage trip. :)
"Begone foul corpse!!", and Brayden slashes at the zombie.
Sword: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 141d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
He hacks off another 5 hp.
------------------
Red (-9) swings at Mercutio.
Fetid fist: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16Bump: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
But misses, perhaps by the reeling of Brayden's attack.

Mercutio
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
I don't understand why Mykel couldn't take the third square there.
dagger: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
slashing damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
I mentioned earlier, those dark slabs are burial walls. Think of Skyrim.
Never played it.
Maladash, the Paladin of Chaos |
He reloads the crossbow and fires again.
Perception: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 - 4 = 71d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
But no. To shoot - not the skull to break. In this Maladash not an expert.
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
Fortitude save vs disease: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Mercutio sighs. "That's really the worst thing about those grunts...murder on a gentleman's clothing. Such a petty trick, really - what puerile-brained excuse for a necromancer came up with that? I mean, I'm all for a good prank, but there's such a thing as taste...."
Licen Setokill |
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
"Wait lets, proceed with caution" He puts his hand up to Mykel in a look at the hand/wait motion
Licen will walk u to the door and give it a quick investigation
Maladash, the Paladin of Chaos |
Maladash shrugs his shoulders and yanked opens the door.
It seems to me, to me that rings a bell... I Think I was laying all in blood with a crossbow bolt in the chest on the floor of this crypt... Like it was a couple of days ago, but like so long ago... Hmmm... And why I did it now?
Chyrone |
Fortunately for Maladash, the door does open and does not shoot off an arrow into his face.
A shallow reflecting pool divides this long chamber, running
from one end to the other.
The water looks cloudy and stagnant. What must have once been marvelous murals covering both walls are now scorched and ruined, the original subject lost in the destruction.
Chyrone |
Mykel peers into the water, admiring his reflection in the serene surface.
As you look at your reflection, you see yourself decay into a horrid, rotting reflection that slowly turns to murder the others in the room.
DC 11 will, or you will run towards the entrance of the dungeon, screaming like a scared little girl at the top of your lungs, for 1d4 ⇒ 3 rounds. :P
All who enter, will see an amazing vision within the waters.
Which will also require a DC 11 will save against the amazing wonders you'll see.
The doorway to the south is blocked by a portcullis.
However, it can be shoved by 2 DC 24 str checks, or by, well, brute force.
Hardness 10, HP 60.
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
Will save vs mental influence: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18
"HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!! Now this is the booty I'd like from here! I'd put it in the garden of the old estate or something! Or maybe the guest washroom...."
Chyrone |
Your own visage rots into a hideous form, which then smiles with malice and turns to slaughter all others in the room.
Will Brayden: 1d20 ⇒ 2....
1d4 ⇒ 3
Brayden looks down into the water.
"What's there to see....?"
.....
......
.........AAAAHHHH, I'M GETTING OUT OF HERE!!!!! :(
He runs off screaming in terror....
Hmm, that's the second time the paladin runs to safety.
Meanwhile, Licen starts hacking into the portcullis.
The blow deals only 8 dmg, but keep it up and you'll get through.
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
Mercutio shakes his head with a resigned smile. "F~~#er can't take a joke...."
He looks up at Licen's vicious assault on the gate. He feels his present weakness again...but he's still not too weak....
"Ah, Mykel? Come here, my good man. I think if we put our backs behind Goodman Licen's, we might manage to move that gate without ruining our weapons."
In other words, I'm suggesting the two of us try to aid Licen as he leads the Strength check approach. Waiting for the other two to come back would be a good idea, too....
Also, are Maladash and Licen really at only 2 hit points presently? I do have 2 transfusions of devil blood with their names on it if so....
AND: What became of that enchanted dagger we found in the shadow's room?
Mercutio Menschjaeger |
Mercutio approaches Licen with his bloodstone wand, and plunges it gently into an open vein. As he does so, he recognizes the mysterious dagger from earlier at Licen's waist.
"Goodman Licen, if you don't have any use for that dagger we found, I could certainly use it myself. If I may? It was...rather embarrassing having to borrow Mykel's."
