Hmm, two against one is not a favorable situation. If they'd fought I could have finished off the loser while he was wounded... As it is, I'll see if I can slip by while they are distracted.
As best as I can tell, we are working together. As far as my water needs go, I will finish the waterskin that I have, grab what we can from the Cornucopia with Egric and then mention that my waterskin needs refilling.

He takes the armour, the bow, the arrows, the sword, grabs a waterskin and then pierces the other two with one of the knives. Then he stuffs as much of the food in his pack as he can carry.
He'll stop at that point listening and looking closely for anyone else who might be approaching, to see if he has any more time. Perception:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20

I'll book it. Note that I have both a 40 ft move speed and the run feat. Once he gets enough distance that he is sure his pursuit has given up, he'll find a safe place to stop, don the armour, and organize the rest of the goods.

I'm as fast as you can be at this level. I have move 40 ft and the Running feat. That should mean I move 200 ft for every 120 run by any regular class, or 160 ft if either of them is a barbarian. I should outdistance them quickly. I'll head directly away from them, keeping an eye on the area ahead and a lookout for anyone I might run into.
I am at speed 30 with no run feats, but am certainly determined to get the equipment, which I hope would count for something. What about using the chase cards or something?

Please keep in mind that I have the running feet and so should be adding on distance every round. By the time a Constitution check becomes necessary I will have covered 3200 ft to a plain 40 move character's 2560. By that point I should therefore be 640 ft ahead of him, and he should be able to tell that he is falling further and further behind.

Things seem to have slowed down lately.

When I feel like I am beginning to tire (after 16 rounds of running, I will glance back to see if my tail is still following, or if he has given up yet. I continue to run (Con check vs. DC 10: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18), and start looking for a hill. I want to find a place where my attacker would have to move uphill to attack, and I would get an elevation bonus against him.
