What races are you guys thinking of? Just remember that Drows have some severe hatred for certain races, and even though my guy is going to deviate somewhat from the normal Drow I'm going to have to know what races ya'll will be so I can includes something about that in my backstory.

I'm looking at Dhampir, drow and Kitsune but leaning towards Dhampir.
Having a Dhampir on the team would be cool, but if you do that you should look at the Life-Dominant feat. Otherwise healing you would be a pain.
Stonelord has to be dwarf so thats me! And are we going evil party or good? If we are going to go evil I'll choose another class... and race.
I'm pretty sure we are going good.
Why is healing me a problem?
From the D20 page:
Negative Energy Affinity: Though a living creature, a dhampir reacts to positive and negative energy as if it were undead—positive energy harms it, while negative energy heals it.
So healing you with channel energy would be out and it would cause some difficulties when trying to heal everybody.
Stonelords get channel element (Earth) so no problem there for now, lay on hands might hurt him though...
Lay on hands would still hurt him, and I'm pretty sure that your channel would still hurt him, from the d20 page:
Benefit: Instead of its normal effect, you can choose to have your ability to channel energy heal or harm outsiders of your chosen elemental subtype.
So the options are either it does its normal thing to the living/undead or it can heal/harm earth elemetals. So it would still hurt a dhampir.
So while I wait for Malaraith to create my character, I thought I'd share what he looks like with ya'll.

Okay, for as far as i can see my schedule is not going to ease up.... i think it would be best for me personally to refocus my time and prioritys. Im sorry for saying it, no matter how much i love D&D, but im going to have to sit out on this adventure :( sorry guys
