so much to respond too but as any comment Noro has would cause a big retcon backwards so lets just say nobody hear anything she had to say.
but looking over the conversations that are moving rather quickly... I will place some comments here that should have been observed concerning Noro.
1. Noro has a bit in common with the kobold concerning drinking (but this clue I gave was missed or not thought important so conversation potential lost.
2. Noro when she first awoke she thought several of you all were here to rough her up she was ready for a brawl and took a posture for such action. this was largely unnoticed; even by a brawler? that "likes a woman with fight in her?"
3. Noro is a street fighter / pit fighter as well.. there is no reason why there would not be some sort of recognition there or at the very least another conversation chance missed, by some of the others.
4. right now Noro is ready to slam the kobold against the wall until he is unconscious just to shut him up... but she is doing her best to have restraint... after all he has not approached Noro at all.
The human woman that seemed a bit feisty earlier just sat back a watched the conversations as they occurred. realizing that eventually some will be give offers and others will be sent to prison.
she definitely was curious about the mention of her former employers, the Sczarni, and when the breaker announced his name she recalled a bit about that name but refrained from comment only a muffled chuckle at the comment hiding a potential hidden truth.
"What about you wildcat? What do they call you?" Ursus asks of the scrappy woman, obviously spoiling for a fight.
By the time Ursus had approached her, Noro was seated, leaning back on her chair, and her feet resting on the table.
Not quite sure how to respond, Noro took a few moments to size up the large man. He reminded her of someone, yet she could not quite place the face.
Finally, Noro decides an introduction would be alright, but she remains ready for the unexpected. Name’sh Noro, shome have called me the Iron Maiden. Despite trying to sound tough her lisp seems to detract from the intended effect.
Noro repositions herself to better defend herself, should the need arise. It was not uncommon for someone to tease her on her speech problem, and with the present situation, Noro had no intention of showing weakness.
Sorry had to add the nickname. Kind of liked it actually, might toss in some references to that game as stories about her past if anyone asks
Realizing that there is a second round of introductions happening, Freia stands up. She takes a deep breath to gather courage and resolve before offering her pale blue hand to anyone willing to shake it.
She still gives of an slightly anxious feeling, but as long as noone throws anymore fire around she will keep her cool and actually manage to introduce herself this time around.
She is obviously careful when she greets Zayid, hoping that his emotional state wont affect his opinion of her. As Korrith says - he don´t look like a murderer. But then, they seldom do.
Before greeting Noro she takes a glance at the sign again and grimaces. Another murderer - Great She sighs and corrects her uniform But I guess she can't be that bad since she was offered this chance. She giggles to herself She was lucky she met me instead of father She quickly stops with the realization that this might not be the appropriate place to have private laughs. After taking a movement to collect herself she leans over the table to offer Noro her hand.
"Hello! My name is Freia - pleased to meet you"
still shaking his head at all the bravado being thrown around Johnny begins to laugh.
So we have several here claiming to be the toughest and best yet you were all caught. I think if you had a little more brains maybe you wouldn't be here... but then again maybe I would not be here either.
Bowing to the ladies and flashing a bright smile.
I am Johnny Porters and I hail from Port Ice. My talents lie in quickness and the ability to get into places other bumbling brutes are unable to traverse.
He give a glance to both Ursus and Korrith.
Johnny walks to Noro and extends his hand, Well gland to meet you Iron Maiden... may I call you Iron. Johnny smiles as he says this.
He then in turn goes to Freia and introduces himself. Well hope we are able to earn our freedom maybe together we can accomplish this task. You seem quite full of knowledge.
And once again moving to Ariana extending his handYou seem to have an air about you that I must respect or be thrown into a lake... and I do believe you could.

Pelgrev stands up. His fist strikes hard on his breast with a loud thud.

He looks around and meets the more aggressive members eyes. There is a hard glint in his eyes, not a challenge but definitely a message.
We do not fight, yes? We talk until masked ones come.
Ariana tugs on an ear and looks at the other elf in the room. Yes. Rosencruz. I adopted their name after spending a fair bit of my childhood with several generations of theirs. Some humans see the world a fair bit better than our brethren.
She glances to Johnny, tilting her head. Well, I may have to use a wagon to actually transport someone as big as Ursus there..but I'd like to think so. Port Ice...that's in Brevoy, isn't it? What would bring you all the way out here?
Freia blushes at Johnnys compliment. She is not used to kind words from strangers and his compliment, no matter how insignificant or if it was just a sign of common courtesy leaves her in a good mood. This might actually work ! : ) She is noticeably happier when she greets the others and has a genuine smile on her face.
Johnny laughs at the little joke Ariana mad and smiles as he answers her question, What brings me here is the courts.
Chuckling at his own little joke he continues
My business opportunities were being forced out by a hostile takeover. Johnny says the word hostile with slow calculated tone in order to give it weight and measure.
I then ventured south with a cleric friend of mine who had a mission to clean up some banditry and map the forgotten forest or whatever he called it. But that life didn’t sit right with me so I left him and his mission and visited other places travelling every where I could until my luck ran out here.
Johnny gives a warm smile and there is a twinkle in his blue eyes that seem to say he is being genuine and truthful.
Looking at the ladies again he says, So Ariana, Freia, and Iron Maiden what brings you here to this place and these circumstances? I wouldn’t guess any of you to be criminals just by the sight of you.
"Ariana ...you're my kind of elf. Pardon my earlier skepticism. I was raised ...by rather conservative elvenkind."
Huh, you, scrappy-lady, appear to be one of those "beauties" I've heard of. I feel no attraction to anyone in this room, and likely anything outside it, but I'm sure you exceed most standards.
Noro seems a little distant to the Kobold. She seems to not hate the little fellow, but she definately is not quick to be friendly either.
Noro shrugs off the comment, unsure on how to respond. Her demeanor toward him is a little cold.
Almost to the point of ignoring the Kobold, but at least acknowledging his presence, Noro glances toward the blue skinned one. She then looks to the one called Johnny
Noro. And you can call me Noro.
Looking towrd both but mostly toward Freia, What ish that paper thing you sheem to be looking at over there?
Freia responds to Noro first, buying herself some additional time before responding to Johnny. She glances at Johnny aswell when she starts to talk.
"It is a list of us and why we are here" She pauses "It says what crimes one were sentenced with, but not too many details."
She takes another deep breath before continuing with Johnnys question. It is obvious that it still makes her slightly uneasy to talk about why and how she got here - mostly due to the fact that she is afraid that her fellows will dismiss her as insane or dumb. When she finally starts to talk she does so in a hurried tone.
"I volunteered - The Sorrows are my goal and this is the fastest path to membership."
Volunteering to work with hardened murderers, arsonists and child nappers. Well, aren't you the brave one, Freia.
Ariana looks impassively at the tiefling, wondering if she's there for another reason or is telling the truth.
Johnny smiles at Noro, Well Noro it is my pleasure to meet you. You look like someone that can protect themselves pretty well so I definitely want you on my side.
Turning to Freia Freia wasn't it. You are very admirable. I wanted to protect the street rats of Port Ice but got a little too good at getting provisions for them so my journeys have landed me here. A little less noble of a path as yours but I feel the need to help those less fortunate. It would be a pleasure to help others by your side.
Turning to Ariana,
Ariana you have a lot of spunk and I like that what brings a lady elf such as yourself to this place?
Pelgrev's head turns towards Freia as he reappraises her mettle.

I wouldn't recommend an action like that, Miss. It's not likely to attract positive attention. Ariana suppresses the urge to drop a sleep spell on the guards and walk out of the room.

As you rip the paper up, its pieces slowly fade and disappear. A calm, yet slightly annoyed, voice comes from the masked figure with "Ministrant" embroidered on its robe. It is definitely a male voice, but is otherwise completely ordinary as he says in an even cadence, Noro Kas. Your past is not yet forgiven. One must work for Justification 'midst men. This action has been added to your case.
Ministrant then steps over to where the paper was posted and speaks an arcane phrase with a small gesture. The paper, or the illusion of paper, reappears where it had been. Ministrant placidly moves back to his post and resumes his silent vigil with Absentia. Upon the paper, "Vandalism" has been added next to Noro's name.

Noro goes back to her seat.
After hours of mind-numbing boredom, the doors between your silent sentinels finally swings outward to reveal yet another black robed figure. His mask is slightly different, but there is precious little to differentiate him from his fellows. He, if it is a he, is slightly taller than both Absentia or Ministrant, and his shoulders are wider.
The doors stand open behind him. After a moment, he says in a similar, measured cadence to Ministrant's, I, Sorrow Caligrific, hereby induct the following into the Order of Tears by the grace of our Lord-Mayor Gorbaras and the wisdom of the House of Lords. Your crimes are up for redemption in exchange for your service to your city. Do well, and all will be forgiven and forgotten by the law of this city. Fail, and your crimes will forever haunt you. For the Order of Forgotten Sorrows who guards your fates forgives, but it does not forget.
With that he turns, and leaves. Absentia steps forward and reads off a list of names. Not all of you are called.
