Apparently, the shift from 3.5 to Pathfinder made it so the toll of ability score loss is no longer about what your score has become, but how much you've taken, and it only counts for every *2* points you've lost. Stupid rule, I agree, but that's technically what it's become.

I have a folio reroll, but you already osed one and i think it's only one no matter how many folios, shirts, etc you have
Also I give him perfect instructions to not check for flying. No matter much with his roll (wich he should have done with a +6 I think; -3 from the armor, +2 for Des and +3 for the Spelland +4 for good maneuverability), but I prefer to teach my heavily loaded friends to take it easy when flying

No, you're right, I didn't actually throw it this round (which is apparently for the best...can't hit a swarm on a touch attack roll of '19', unbelievable....).

Keera: I'm going with no. Because of the following.
It's not an AoE spell like fireball or burning hands, nor a splash effect like acid/alchemist fire.
Upside: while swarms can't be targeted by single target spells, this spell doesn't call for a target of the spell.
Kenji: thanks, but blue would have perished from bleeding after your 2nd attack. You're not within proper range, but i guess you'd have moved. Please place yourself where you would have moved to, and drawn your alchemist fire for next time.

Unexpected, i'd say. This could be somewhat troublesome, drawing in another fight.

Reflex swarm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Keera fries more vermin, and yet they still remain active, ye gods!!
As Vassago creates more distance between himself and the swarm, he descends a set of stairs. Though dark, his special vision reveals 5 creatures in the room. 3 blurry shadowy women with porselain masks and two tiny dark colored dragon like creatures, no bigger than a sparrow, though the latter are vague shapes.

They stare at him, and quickly come into action.
Depending on init result, they act current round or the next, should they beat Keera/Vassago's init.

Blue Drake: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23 Acts next round.
Green Drake: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15 Joins.
Shadowy woman Blue: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 Joins.
