There is no right or wrong way to do this. They are 50/50 in regards to gender and heavily armored vs. robe wearing. Perhaps you discover you and one of the others both have a pet orchid at home. Or prefer dried chicken hearts over beef jerky. The first two I grabbed just because someone had asked a question (about scouting or divinitions for example).
