He begins whispering under his breath. "Posh! My crossbow is still loaded with a holy balm bolt. Take it if you want."
@ Posh: If I still have my crossbow next round and I have a clean shot then I will use it, but if he still has cover I likely won't. So I may not get the chance to use it and if you don't know what to do right now then you could take it. It will use up a move action to do so and you have to move next to me so you won't be able to fire this round if you do. The holy weapon balm will have 3 more rounds left after that. Up to you.

Posh can just follow Zokon and Numalar (both of whom landed in the same place he did and orientated themselves when they arrived). Assuming he did that last round, he's within striking distance to do something other than just move this round.
Numalar lit a series of torches within the dungeon providing light (see map). Failing that, Posh could have cast light upon his rapier again before the encounter began.
As this is occurring on the day following your last post Posh is at full spell/performance capability.

Pressing on. As Posh has an easy trail to follow given that Numalar and Zokon both immediately recognize their location, he arrives where he is on the map last round. This round after seeing that their foe has a funny bone (see what I did there?), Posh decides to fight fire with fire--engaging in an epic rap battle with the monster.

Another bolt of light streaks towards the thing in a zigzag path, and bursts into a brilliant display of brightly colored dragons.
Standard action to cast another snapdragon fireworks, so I now have two running at once. Again, dazzled unless he saves. If he fails twice is he dazzled for 2 rounds? Spell will persist for 3 more rounds, taking a move action to launch another firework each round.

He takes the hit and damage, but undead are immune to Fortitude save effects unless they could also effect inanimate objects.
Side note. Rays are treated as weapons (you can have weapon focus ray for instance) and therefore effected by inspire courage.
The lambent beam strikes it cleanly causing it to visibly wince.

No, not upwards. The reasoning it thus. We are using 5-foot squares for space. The crypt-thing is a medium creature and as such for all things combat related exists within one 5-foot cube (even if he is 6-feet tall, or had a an 8-foot long trailing tail). Zokon, prone on the floor exists within that same plane of cubes, and 'close enough' that he would still be burned if you were using the typical 1, 3, 3 cone shape.
That said you can still angle the effect in a way that does not hit Zokon.
Regardless of the shape of the area, you select the point where the spell originates, but otherwise you don't control which creatures or objects the spell affects. The point of origin of a spell is always a grid intersection.
Ergo you can select an intersection from among the corners around your square. In this way it is possible to angle the cone in such a way as to miss Zokon.

The crypt-thing avoids the most damaging gout of flame. It stands steaming and fuming as much at the damage to itself, and it's clothing as the group's sheer temerity. It looks about ready to stalk forward and tear someone's head off.
Zokon on your turn I'll need a DC 10 Constitution check made with a -5 penalty to avoid more dying damage.

Don't forget he also gets a save against the second shot from snapdragon fireworks. DC 15, 2 damage if he saves, 5 if not.

Um... no she isn't. That's not how the spell works.
The spell has a duration of 1 round/level, but the thing that is thus enchanted is Numalar. As long as the spell lasts he gets to shoot one burst per round as a move action. But the bursts themselves are instantaneous, and do not persist.
The spell text says "creatures in the target square" are affected but does not mention "creatures that move into the target square."

If I can see the Crypt Thing I will fire off another firework at it. They will be wasted if the spell expires anyway.
Zokon was at -30 and then got healed for 9 twice, so he is still down by 12, right? Perhaps one or two more cures then? Likewise Posh can stop singing and save his bardic performance for when we find the Thing again.

Sorry somehow I missed the 'move action' sentence. Though in my defense I'm not actually seeing the word instantaneous even in the description, though that all makes sense now that it's not the middle of the night. On the plus side the only thing it changes is now whether either Zokon or Scarlet need not make a reflex save (DC 16) to stand on the grease. If Scarlet moves to the square, Posh would have put the grease under Zokon. There's no chance of an attack of opportunity against whatever the Thing used to disappear, it happened so quickenedly.

Posh's inspire lasts until it's his turn. He's used 2 rounds of it and a single casting of grease today.

As the party checks the magical equipment, Scarlet eyes the longbow. It has good quality, well built. "Hey Zokon, do you need a bow like this? If not, I'll grab it. Maybe Alia can use my old bow."
But Scarlet sees something else catch her eye: marbles! She picks up the bag with her large hands and rolls it in her hand, peeking at the marbles like a child holding a new toy.

"Still, this is an odd assortment... what use would the Crypt Thing have for animal feed? Perhaps this is just things acquired by waylaying travelers?"
Numalar looks around for a few moments.
"But now that Zokon has been healed perhaps we should try to find the Crypt Thing while Alia and Scarlet still have a minute or two left on their enlarge spells. We can leave the rest of this stuff here."
Numalar heads to the north door and looks out and down the hallway.

To be clear, Alia and Scarlet can move with relative ease throughout the dungeon, because they are not 10x10x10 gelatinous cubes, it is just that during combat they would not have the space to move freely in in the narrow corridors, to easily attack and avoid incoming attacks. Nor can the easily hustle through such areas (the move at half speed). This is just fyi. I'm sure this will never come up again.... ;)
Squeezing
In some cases, you may have to squeeze into or through an area that isn't as wide as the space you take up. You can squeeze through or into a space that is at least half as wide as your normal space. Each move into or through a narrow space counts as if it were 2 squares, and while squeezed in a narrow space, you take a –4 penalty on attack rolls and a –4 penalty to AC.
When a Large creature (which normally takes up 4 squares) squeezes into a space that's 1 square wide, the creature's miniature figure occupies 2 squares, centered on the line between the 2 squares. For a bigger creature, center the creature likewise in the area it squeezes into.
A creature can squeeze past a creature while moving but it can't end its movement in an occupied square.
To squeeze through or into a space less than half your space's width, you must use the Escape Artist skill. You can't attack while using Escape Artist to squeeze through or into a narrow space, you take a –4 penalty to AC, and you lose any Dexterity bonus to AC.
Alright, the party splits up and reconnoiters the dungeon as described and shown (see map). You can imagine that they peer into the bits the dotted lines don't actually go.

Celyne notes some skeletal foot prints in the dusty remains of the mephits in the area south of the prison's secret backdoor and north of the western pit trap. However they seem to backtrack, coil around on themselves, and eventually grow too faint for Luna or anyone else in the group to follow very far away from all the dust.
By the time the northern party finds the tracks about 3 minutes have passed since Alia cast enlarge person and by the time the southern party catches up to them and looks over the site a further minute passes and Scarlet shrinks as well.

"It could be useful...I'd like to keep it for now if no one objects as I'm sure we'll find some-kind of use for it." Posh states curiously as he pockets it.I shouldn't be thinking like my old self, but we may need to poison someone in the future. I hope it doesn't come to that, but it might be useful if I label it as a potion of cure moderate so if we get our things confiscated, the idiot handling my stuff will get a surprise.
