"Crap! It's got Kellen!" Thordak moves into the room, swinging at the large beast.

The creature roars in pain as the dwarf's axe cleaves it. Strangely enough, the voice is that of an injured ogrekin...

Then, in horror, you all can see the wounds closing, as mossy tendrils form and work to seal the damage.

NOW the door slams shut. Praxim; then ROUND 2 with (A) - Lym has already gone in Round 2, unless the door doesn't get opened.

Check the map, gang. That short hall is crowded. If Praxim 'yanks the door open', he's going to have to step in, which provoke an AoO when he shoots.

Rhianni:
This is a Tendriculos. A plant creature that stalks the wild forests. They can regenerate at a fast rate unless hit with fire or blunt weapons. Their touch can cause paralysis. They typically are created where evil magic and/or savage curses affect the forests.

Lym's missiles slam into the beast, causing it to roar in pain again, although this time with a mouthful.

Waiting for her new turn....

Rhianni:

HPs: 42 - 11 = 31

The plant creature dies in a heap of ichor, vines, and moss. Kellen is regurgitated out with its death-spasm. Still unable to move, he is covered in acidic bile.

Behind Rhianni is a large ogrekin, and you can see the resemblance of all the others in his face. His legs are contorted backwards, but that doesn't seem to slow his movements. He pulls a bloody dagger from the sorceress' back and licks it clean.

So the rest of the PCs ('cept Praxim)can go, then Husker Graul, then Praxim.
