Tomaru was waiting for Lym, she cast Iceball, then he casts, Hold Person, then Thordak charges. Got it. Kellen is last in the round, things will be changing rapidly, so he can readjust if necessary.

Mammy Graul and her boys in the room scream in pain as the icy blast envelops them. One of the boys looks to be very bad shape, and soon is in dead shape as Thordak's longaxe cuts him down. The fire in the hall burns hot on the old wood, causing burns for those still in it. 3 pts fire dmg each: Thordak and Kellen You can tell that this house is old and creaky enough to burn - quickly.

Tomaru's spell takes hold on the ogrekin in the hall. A hulking brute with a vestigial head growing from its right shoulder. As it freezes in place the tiny head begins screaming at the larger one: "Gogogogogo! Get them! Tear them! What are you waiting for idiot???"

"Boys! Boys!" Mammy screeches. "Bring me the pretty one! He will soooo make Mammy's day!" It's apparent that Mammy has several spells up, as her image has hazing quality to it, and there are multiples of them. In fact, she seems to be floating above the bed!

Another of her spells, a hand made of force, reaches out and slaps Thordak in the face. Will Sv: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15 "Don't worry about that one, dwarf! Mammy will make more with your pretty friend!" At the touch, Thordak feels weaker, much weaker. -6 STR Thordak, Spellcraft checks all around! Be specific about what you are trying to determine.

Squares are 5' These ogrekin are M, the ones in the barn were L, that's why they had to stay in the barn!

Praxim, Rhi are up

Mammy's room...

The cloying stink of this room is nearly overwhelming. Buckets of filth are stacked against the walls, fat ravenous flies lazily circling their rims. The room itself is dominated by an immense bed, its ratty sheets stained beyond hope. A huge easel sits next to the bed with a palette of various shades of brown and red paint. The sources of these morbid pigments—several crushed organs and ragged stumps of flesh—sit in receptacles next to the easel. A set of brushes made with human hair jut from a broken skull by the easel, while a comb made from a human mandible sits on a small oak bedside table nearby, its teeth clotted with thick strands of greasy black hair.

Didn't realize these were medium. Thanks for the heads up on that, I was counting them as large. So, +2 of that damage should be erased. And if they aren't considered giant subtype, then that changes a whole bunch more of my rolls. Hopefully they are, otherwise, some serious retconning. :P

Also, I should get a +3 more on that Will save. My Superstition rage power adds an additional +1, and my Hardy racial ability adds +2 vs spells. Probably still not quite good enough but I figured I'd give it a shot.

Praxim's arrows fly true, and one of the Graul boys, this one obscenely short and fat, dies before he knows what hit him. They are indeed giant sub-types.

Mammy cackles insanely at Rhianni's spell. "You'll have to do better than that, pretty! The ogrekin in the room blinks once, twice, then roars with anger. He steps up to Thordak and swings his club, getting nothing but air.

Sorry, was laughing too hard at you hoping the 'pretty one' was Kellen. Will fix it.

I believe both Kellen and Thordak said they would have a hard time posting, so...

Lym's missiles slam into the ogrekin, causing it to wail in pain. Thordak wastes no time in finishing it, despite his lessened strength. He then steps up to where he can reach Mammy, threatening her with his longaxe.

"Hee hee, like a sausage eh? I'll have your entrails ground into sausage while you watch, deary! You'll beg for death before breakfast! That's IT! Now you've gone and made me hungry! Ooooooh speaking of hunger, where is that one with the pretty face?"

She begins to cast a spell, and Kellen sees his opening. Like lightning, his falcata and dagger flash out...and are foiled! One fails to hit her blurred form, and the second destroys one of her images!

Thordak's axe however, has no such problems, his swing cuts true, tearing a chunk of fat from the monstrosity.

Undeterred, (good time for a 20) she casts her spell, and floats over to touch the dwarf. Her fat digits grab his beard and a sickly green energy flows into him. The glow limns his skull then is sucked back into Mammy. (19 pts on Thordak) She shivers as her wounds heal, rolls of fat shaking with the motion. "oh..oh...so good! Sooo good! Even from a dwarf!"

Tomaru, I'd suggest something with scent. Just a piece of advice. Group B: Praxim and Rhianni are up.

"Tomaru, just trust me," Praxim says as he calmly raises his bow. Suddenly, three arrows whip out, passing inches from his head on three sides, as they sail at the held Graul boy.

Arrow: 1d20 + 14 + 2 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (1) + 14 + 2 + 1 - 2 = 16

Arrow: 1d20 + 14 + 2 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (1) + 14 + 2 + 1 - 2 = 16

Arrow: 1d20 + 9 + 2 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 9 + 2 + 1 - 2 = 27
Damage: 1d8 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 2d6 ⇒ (6) + 2 + 1 + 2 + (1, 3) = 15

Apparently, he wasn't as able to trust himself as he asked Tomaru to do, and so gave himself too wide of margins on the first two arrows. The third, however, clips one of Tomaru's whiskers a split-second before it buries itself in degenerative ogre flesh.

Kellen is a blur of blades, but all he succeeds in doing is eliminating one of Mammy's mirror images.

Thordak does little better. Her blurred form is hard enough to hit, add the mirror images, and she's near impossible. He does manage to destroy 2 more images, though.

Tomaru's hound archon also has difficulty connecting, destroying one image.

Lym however, has no such issues, as her missiles slam into the fat form of Mammy Graul. Magic Missile ignores her defensive spells.

The hallway has become a raging inferno, there's no way through there now, and no way to see into the room from the hall. Smoke begins to fill the house. Thordak takes 4 points of flame, Praxim, Lym, Tomaru need to take make a Fort sv DC 15, to avoid being sickened by smoke.

"EEEYYYAAAAAUUUUGGGGGHHHH!!!!!! Mammy shrieks in pain. "You'll pay for that in blood half-orc #$%^&!" Wary of Kellen's blades, she carefully casts a spell. There is a flash, and she's gone!

Note: You'll see Mammy's image out side the house. That's not where she is.
