Kellen nods at Thordak's words. "Fair enough, mister. I'll try to stay alive long enough for you to kill me," he says with a smirk.
"In the meantime, shout if the attack get overwhelming at the Northgate."

He turns to the winged gnome: "Aurora - let's head for Tanner's Bridge and see if we spot anything from the riverside. The Northgate should hold, but they may sneak through the forest from the north and try crossing the river. Tomaru - we'll call you for a jump if we need reinforcement."

With that, the rogue sprints eastward down Tower Street towards the church, and then eastward towards the river, If necessary, he'll climb up building 14 as best he can for a clear view - for observation and attack.

I got yours the first time. :) It's your compadres: the flying Patriot missile launcher and the gnomish tea connoisseur.

OK, the following is a breakdown of what I have. The format is Name/Location/Z-axis/Action.

ROUND ONE: Praxim/townhall/???/watching the wall. Lym/townhall/80'/waiting for bats to return and watching. Thordak/townhall/ground/talking. Tomaru/townhall/ground/waiting. Kellen/Tower st/ground/running. Aurora/following kellen?/???/flying.

I will update the strategic map, so look for yourselves. It's the only way to keep this straight.

My Turn:

Praxim and Lym see two more rocks appear and crash into the wall and the gate. A section of the battlements is blown away by the first rock with a crash, sending bodies of guardsmen flying back down off of the wall. The second rock hits the gate itself, and the heavy wooden structure shudders with the blow. There is no clear enemy to see from here. The rocks are coming behind the tree line around a curve in the road. The curve itself is another 300' from the gate. Meaning 600' from the townhall.

Father Zantus runs off the cathedral, while the Sheriff gathers the troop of men and begins leading them up the street to the North Gate. All the while shouting to the people emerging from their homes to stay inside.

ROUND TWO: you are up.

If Aurora can hear him, Kellen's coughs out some profanities and prayers as he continues down the streets. If there's an alley, he'll cut across it to Undercliff (otherwise I guess that other street is High Street.)

He barks through his running breaths: "Aurora - can you keep the Northgate and the Bridge in sight?"

Standard move is 30', but I would assume a running speed would be more.

OGGM, apologies for not saying a number. Urm, let's say 30 ft up? Should be high enough to be able to look over the houses but low enough to still shout to Kellen!

Kellen, under a normal load in medium armor or lighter you're moving 120' per round. Coincidentally, if Aurora takes two moves actions that's what she moves too, so there's no escaping her ;p

Aurora continues to relay what's happening to Kellen as she flies above him.

ROUND TWO:

Kellen cuts down an alley to Undercliff street, while Aurora flies above. She can just see Lym in flight to the north, but loses track of the others.

There is a flash and a twist of the gut, and the three (Thordak, Praxim, and Tomaru) appear down the road beyond the gate. Out of sight of the town, three stone giants stand laughing and snickering near a pile of rocks. One stands stalk still behind a large rock, near-invisible from the town, scouting. Two others heft rocks, preparing to throw them at the wall again.

You guys are up. The AK team is headed for the Tanner bridge. Lym is moving north, while the PTT team is 20' from a trio of stone giants, who are quite surprised to see them. Normal actions, PTT team, strategic map is updated. There won't be a tactical map for these fights unless we absolutely need them.

I think that Thordak should get a round one action after we Teleport. Praxim came to me so he used up his movement at least, but might also get a standard action post Teleport. And I might still have a move action left, which I would use to backpeddle away from the giants.

Once he reaches the bridge, Kellen will start scanning the river/treeline for threats.

Don't forget about that potion.

End of round 2: Tomaru uses his delayed action to cast Summon Monster VI (summon good, sacred summons) to bring forth a Lilend Azata, who starts a bardic performance to Inspire Courage +2. When a summoning is a full round action, the summoned creature gets a full round action to start. There's no ruling on it, but I always figure that when a summoning is a standard action the summoned creature gets a standard action to start.
Also, keep out of reach of giants.

Round 3: Tomaru casts Prayer (hopefully getting the entire group) before ordering the celestial servant. "Primus, go help with that dragon!" He knows his companions can take these giants and isn't worried.

If I understand Bardic Performance right, as long as Primus is within sight, the group gets a +2 morale bonus v fear effects and +2 competence bonus on weapon attack and damage rolls.

After theses bonuses Praxim's attacks come to
1- 25 to hit, 42 damage
2- 24 to hit, 46 damage
3- 25 to hit, 37 damage
While Thordak's attacks would get +3 to hit and damage to each of them.

Kellen would have auto-passed the perception check. Since he has heard Aurora, if whatever is coming out of the trees is closer than the dragon and is still alive after her blast, then let's turn the shot that way.

Team PTT:

Praxim kills one giant, finishing it with his first shot, then switches to the second and drills two arrows deep into its rock-hard skin.

Thordak cuts his opponent down with violent aplomb.

The last stone giant, thinking better of it, turns and runs as fast as it can. It sprints north up the Lost Coast road away from Sandpoint.

Lym:

The dragon senses the arrival of the air elemental at the last second, rolling the air to avoid it's attacks. One blow connects, drawing a roar of pain.

The dragon vectors in to Lym at full speed. Magic missiles slam into it, and it snarls in fury. He pulls up to Lym's level, breathing on the approach.
Lym Ref: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
fire damage: 8d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 3, 4, 3, 1, 4, 2) = 25

The large red flashes by at speed, pumping his powerful wings to gain speed. He climbs up and to the left, curving out over the town.

Aurora/Kellen:
The dark shapes rapidly approach the edge of the trees. It's apparent what they are: 2 stone giants and a trio of dire bears...and a man in woodsman garb running for his life. Kellen's arrow hits one of the bears square in the chest, but it does nothing to slow down the beast's pursuit of the man.

Too late, Aurora sees the man, too late to stop the spells.

bear Ref save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
woodsman save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

The conflagration envelops everything over the pond. The grass and small scrub is instantly turned to ash, and the trees set alight. The large trunks shield the giants from much of the blast, and the bears manage to also avoid much of it. The poor woodsman, however, is not so lucky. You watch in horror as his charred corpse is flung through the air to land face down in the Mill Pond.

The giants across the pond heft large rocks, noting the gnome high above the town.

images: 5d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 2, 3, 6) = 18

In an instant, the barrage of rocks strips away her protective images. Only 1 image remains The bears break into a full run, charging across the bridge and reaching the town side of the pond. Townspeople scream, caught outside by fatal curiosity.

ROUND FOUR: you are up:

Team PTT: the last giant here is running. He is 120' up the road. Praxim can shoot him, and Thordak can get an AoO. Don't forget Tomaru's bonuses.

Lym: the dragon is 100' past you, and 40' higher.

Kellen/Aurora: the five enemies are severely wounded, the giants have cover across the way due to the smoke from Aurora's nuclear blast.

Draconic:
"Hey, lizardlips! Yeah, I'm talking to you, you mutant mudskipper! Come catch me! Come fly! Come die!"
Lym shouts in Draconic once she is sure she can talk without screaming in pain -- and she launches another spell at the dragon.

A tiny bead of blue light scything through the air at first, the magic expands into a sphere of cold so profound that the very air howls!
With the magic discharged, Lym makes an insulting gesture at the dragon and zips north.

Meanwhile, Gusty the air elemental continues to harry the smaller enemy, rushing after him as soon as the Iceball spell has expended itself.
Gusty has 100 ft. Fly speed, so I hope he can keep up. If not, please let me know.

Then he delays and waits for Tomaru to work his magic.

"Don't run after it, Thordak. He's leaving. We still have more to kill in town. Both of you come close." Tomaru waits until the end of the round for them to get to him before casting
-another Teleport spell.
-If he can see Aurora, Tomaru will get them close to her.
-If he can't, but saw the conflagration of her fireball, he will target an area, 20 ft northeast of that.
-If he can't see either of them, he will cast Dimension Door up to 540' to back past to or past the cathedral to help with the dragon.

Meanwhile, Prima (the summoned Lillend) will continue her bardic performance and try to get within melee of the dragon. If she doesn't think she will reach the dragon, she will go towards Lym to protect her.

As the giant in front of him falls, Thordak quickly snaps his attention over toward the sound of the 'bomb' that just went off. "What in the blazes?!?! I sure hope that was our side," he comments as he turns his attention back to the now fleeing giant that he takes one more swing at.

Let's do Team PTT because they have some contingent actions here:

Thordak's blow cuts down the fleeing giant, the bloody corpse slamming into the ground and skidding for a few feet.

Tomaru, the lillend can't reach the dragon, so she flies to Lym's side. The trees along the road block any clear line of sight to either Aurora or the fireball for now. The plaza in front of the cathedral is the most familiar point you have to work with.

Lym:

Surprisingly, the elemental can not keep up with the dragon. I thought they'd be faster than that. I guess the difference is in the maneuverability.

The dragon roars in Common:
"Feel free to die, hag! I know you! I know your ways! He has seen all!"

"Cathedral roof?" Praxim suggests as Thordak joins them for teleporting.

"Bring him along, wormboy! You can die together!" Lym yells.

To the Lillend Prima, she whispers: "I wouldn't say no to a healing spell, miss!"

Old Gusty huffs his annoyance and moves to follow Lym when he realizes he can't reach the dragon.

Assuming it is not too late, Tomaru will take Praxim's suggestion and Teleport the group to the roof of the cathedral. It's not ideal for me and Thordak, but a quick stop here gives Praxim a good view of the entire area.
Praxim, don't forget you still get a full action with bardic performance and Prayer.

I assumed that Prima took a double move to reach Lym, but if not,
