Initial setup posted, please advance with character sheets, and think about your characters connections and stories.

Recruiting still ongoing, you are wellcome to join.
So the game is started, advance is posted, and now players are wellcome to make their first turns.
Please manage your character sheets and keep them up to date. I will check them time to time. I will also place something generic / do party effects.
For example i placed Order of Truth tockes in your inventory.
So this was fun :P
Hopefully Tal can hold onto the rope... But with a Nat1?
Ha! At least you didn't got real GM Intrusion effect due Third's Nat20 and fallen close to the shore where you have more things to grasp and will be able to hold yourself against the river flow.
And at least you have the rope fixed, so Third can come to help. :)

Np. Such unlucky rolls also creating some challenge and fun in games.
Also splitting party is not always good thing to do, since you never know what things could suddenly happen (rolls could be done) :)
but yeah sometimes it's necessity, sometimes it could help explore or inevitable because of character personalities. :)
Talanth - about that effort thingy, i think my last reply was not clear - you can return to yourself those 3 points if you want. :) My comment was not so clear, so i reposted it here. I do not fan of it and also there no urgent need for that but you should not spend those 3 points. (Or just should declare Effort, and then roll)
No problem. I'm happy to have spent the points. Next time I'll just use effort or just roll in that situation. It's been a while since I played Numenera and I couldn't quite remember if you could reduce difficulty to 0.
Hey Blackstork, on the spreadsheet you made for me it lists that I have a shield but I don't think I was meant to start with one?

I can throw in my intellect rejuvenator, assuming none of you smarter types want it. I think the faraway ear is a little too useful to ditch at the moment.
I can throw in me poison pill, Zimm's probably never going to use it.
Both of them coulb be enough to get the guides - as they are interested in working numenera.
With my recovery roll of 6 I'll put 3 points into might, 2 into Speed and 1 back into intellect.
