As you disembark from the ship in order to wait for the morning tide, you realize that you'll need to spend the night somewhere. From the pier where the ship was tied you can see two inns with large number of tables in front of them. The inns were built on the opposite sides of the narrow street, so that there's a just a bit of room between the tables to allow for the passage of the people down the street. One inn has the sign painted with a black cat with arched back and the other one has the sign painted with red rooster.
Ozbadin |
"We'll be back from the temple soon. Keep an eye out for us, and pull us into whatever flea ridden inn you pick".
Ozbadin begins to walk towards the middle of town, stopping to ask for directions as he goes.
Tamar Moivas |
Tamar nods, "The black cat seems the better omen, it is there we shall stay Outlander. Enjoy your visit to the Heathen Temple".
Tamar begins heading toward the Inn with the rooster sign he glances at Vlad, "Coming with?"
nightflier |
Not being interested in visiting the temple, she begins to follow the dark elf, "I will accompany you to the inn."
She looks about for any threats to them, especially once they enter the inn.

Globlob Needlefingers |
Globlob does not even make the slightest bit of effort to appear inconspicuous as he rides on Ozbadin's shoulders, cackling merrily. "Go faster! Who we goin' to see, anyway? Who dis Kuhtheedruh?" Despite his antics though, he does keep an eye or two out for any trouble that they might run into.

The goblin's beady little eyes quickly catch sight of their followers and he reaches down to tug on the top of one of Ozbadin's ears a bit more roughly than is strictly necessary. He flops forward to rest his stomach against the top of the ifrit's head, mumbling under his breath. While it sounds a bit like gibberish at first, if either Ozbadin or Yolanda were to make an effort to listen, he actually seems to be speaking Common. Just very quickly and urgently.
"Dere some longshanks followin' us wit' big cloak and dey not lookin' happy. T'ree of 'em. Globlob t'ink we can take 'em, just step out into some'a dem alleys, yeh?"

"Are you sure they're following us or just going the same way? Many people want to see the temple".
Tamar Moivas |
To Tamar, "They seems rather uneasy here. Particular with the other inn across the street."
"Perhaps we should seek to stay there then? I should not wish to stay where the wait staff is more interested in cowering then serving my needs Humans are slow enough in their reactions as it is".

Eet appears as though ve have company

Katya stops in her tracks and boldly walks up to the group.
I know who you are, eez there somezing ve can help you with
The men seem taken aback. The leading one turns to look at his companions and then clears his throat. "Errr... Sorry, Mistress. I am not sure what are you talking about..."
Ozbadin |
Ozbadin turns at the sound of Katya's voice. "Ah! I see. Have you made new friends this quickly, or were you already acquanited".
Ozbadin turns and addresses the new arrivals with a beaming smile.
Tamar Moivas |
"Well they are opposite each other, so can check out both of them before picking one."
Tamar shrugs, "Very well, let us pick the one which seems so loathsome to so many around us first, if it seems tolerable we can simply stay there."
Resavati Palivati |
Tamar and Resavati were not interested in the temple, and decide to look for a place to stay for the night.
"Good point. Let us take the more loathsome crowd."
She lifts Slisivati up to her hood to allow him to slither in around her neck with head sticking out of cape below her chin. Places her hand onto her scimitar's hilt, and proudly walks forward to the chosen inn.
Tamar Moivas |
I have to admit, I'm getting a bit lost. Who is where and who are we talking to? I thought Katya went to the inn? WHERE AM I AND WHO AM I WITH?!
Resavati and I are heading to the Inns, I thought Vlad was with us but I have not seen him post since Nightflier returned. If you come with us, the group will be split 3 and 3 I believe.
Tamar walks in stride with Resavati.

As you change the inns, you feel the eyes of the Cat's patrons following you all the way to the Rooster's full tables. Now that you're paying attention, you can see that all of serving wenches at the Rooster are halflings. The strange thing is that none of the patrons is rude towards them, or tries to feel them up. The patrons seem to be rowdy bunch, but the serving wenches somehow manage to project a steely-eyed look of quiet danger that is obvious even without detailed observation.
Most of the tables are full, but as you come along, four tables become available as the drunken sailors rise at the angry urging of their only slightly less drunk captain and depart towards their ship.
Choose one of the tables, 1-4 or roll d4 to choose. Your choice.
Tamar Moivas |
Tamar chooses the table closest to the door and sits down.
He looks to the wait staff, "My companions and I wish to drink, have you a fine bottle of elven wine?"
When on the surface do as the surface elves do...
Katya "The Adultress" Kurylenko |
Katya... I believe you are in two different places at once.
I finished up with the group that tailed us and headed over with the rest of the group to the rooster
Ozbadin |
Ozbadin shrugs as his companion for the temple trip dashes away, and continues towards the temple with his rider aboard.
Katya "The Adultress" Kurylenko |
Tamar grins at the human woman, "Lost your taste for the sight seeing of Cathedrals have you?"
I am not here to see zee sights, I am here to feenesh this meeshion and then feegure out zome eenteresting ways to repay our patron
I think Yolanda was going to the cathedral
Globlob Needlefingers |
Globlob holds tightly onto Ozbadin by wrapping one gangly arm around the front of his head, clutching to the ifrit's forehead. The other hand moves to unsling his tiny bow from around himself in preparation for the fight to come. Despite the potentially grim circumstances, a broad grin splits his lips. Maybe he will get to kill some longshanks today.
As I'm understand it, Ozbadin, Yolanda and Globlob are together on the way to the cathedral. Everybody else is at the inn.

Halfling wench seems taken aback for some reason. Why! A black elf! There's a thing you don't see everyday! Well, I'm sorry my fine... er... elf... but we don't have any wine made by elves. Everything here is plain ol' halfling food and drink, none of that fancy stuff! Elven ale indeed! You'll be asking for a dwarven bear next, right?
nightflier |
Realizing the others have forgotten why they came to the inn, she speaks up with a hiss first, "We are in need of sleeping space for the night. Do you have available space for us. Could you bring me some mead and hot meaty meal."
"Err... you are a strange one. But I can bring you food and drink. About the beds, though, you'll need to speak with my father", replies the halfling girl with a sunny smile on her face.
