Yeah, I meant Olive got an AoO. Sorry again for the delays; I'm trying to get back to daily posting, since that keeps the game going.

Round 4:

Lisbet: 21
Argus: 15
Lyra: 13
Shackleton: 12
Philgor: 11
Antagonist: 9

Lisbet swings and manages to land a punishing blow despite the darkness, her attacks followed in quick succession by Olive and Lyra's. The last arrow strikes the woman down and she falls into a heap on the floor.

Shackleton maintains concentration on his illusion as he hears the fighting stop. "Ho, chaps! Is that an end to this jerrycummumble?"

Is the darkness still there? Also can we loot the body? I appreciate the pace we've kept so far, I know it's often hard to keep things consistent.

Lisbet let's out a shout of excitement as she hears the woman grunt with the blows then crash to the ground. Realizing she is still in the dark and she is still vulnerable to anything else that may still be in there, Lisbet backs up until she is well clear of the shadowy swirling mass. She then calls on her curse to give her a touch of healing to undo the other woman's axe blow. Not all, but good enough.

"Is anyone else hurt?"

Move out of the darkness and cast CLW: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

The darkness is still there, but Olive and Vegazi can see in it. They can tell you the woman is down. They can also search the body if you don't want to wait for the darkness. (And thanks, Shackleton; I feel I've been very inconsistent and I'm a very big believer that momentum is everything in PBPs. If I slow down, you guys slow down, and that then slows me down until we grind to a halt.

The woman has a fair amount of gear on her: Three potions; three scrolls, three smokesticks; a nice breastplate with armor spikes, a nice orc double axe, three throwing axes, a black feather necklace worth 15 gp, a climber's kit, hemp rope (50 ft.), a locked gauntlet, a nice set of manacles, a signal horn, two balls of badly tangled twine and 91 gp.

Philgor, you don't hear anything of interest.

Does the darkness move with the body or is it centered elsewhere? If so Olive will offer to carry it around. :)

The woman seems to be bleeding, Lyra.

It appears the darkness is centered on one of her arrows, letting you search the room outside its radius. You find nothing else of interest, though there is another exit heading back to the west.

Philgor wonders through the rest of the catacombs to see if there are any other devils present.

If nothing found he will begin to exam the area where the orc was digging.

"I wonder what she was after? We will have to ask the mayor about where this leads but in the meantime the town is still under attack. Should we go help?"

Philgor will gather up any loot not claimed by the others before we leave to deal with later.

Vegazi watches impassively as her sister stop breathing, apparently having bled out while you searched the room. Her face shows no evidence of sadness or remorse at the death.

Argus recognizes the potions as two cure light wounds and a potion of magic weapon. And, yes, Lisbet, "nice" is typically my code for masterwork, or possibly magic.

You find nothing else in the room, including where Ogash was digging.

However, Philgor is less lucky as he discovers -- in another room -- a childlike blasphemy that conjoins the features of a plump human infant and a gigantic, gore-fattened fly. He notices it a moment before it notices him, turning to attack.

Philgor's swing just misses, as his vantage point leaves him at a severe disadvantage, but he sets up the devil perfectly for Olive's jaws -- unfortunately, they seem to leave no impression on the creature's flesh and the devil turns its attention to the eidolon.
