I always forget that Andolphas can and does actually wear armor. The cult of Wee Jas makes me think of him as a primary caster. So the mage armor is useless to both of us.
Boland should take the mage armor potion. It only works for him.
Andolphas had first call on the shield of faith potion so its yours. I just missed it when scrolling back through.

Despite the fact that it makes me physically cringe from an optimization standpoint, the Crossbow Mastery tree is pretty thematically excellent. A heavy crossbow normally employs a hand crank and a stirrup which must be placed against the ground, held in place by the wielder's foot, and manually cranked back to set the receiver.
Damion, on the other hand, is capable of snapping the receiver back in the blink of an eye like some kind of superhuman and maintain a full rate of fire with it thanks to his feats. I look forward to the combat descriptions to come. :)

With regards to the spiritual weapon spell...
PFRPG Core Rulebook, 2nd paragraph of spell description states: "Even if the spiritual weapon is a ranged weapon, use the spell's range, not the weapon's normal range increment, and switching targets still is a move action."
I wasn't sure if that meant that all spiritual weapons are ranged weapons (even if the spiritual weapon is a melee weapon)...
... Or do they mean that in case a spiritual weapon was cast to take the form of a ranged weapon, that it would use the spell range instead of the missile weapon's normal range?
I would prefer interpretation 2 (and used to play it that way in earlier incarnations of AD&D), but I find myself not so certain.
I think the key word in the above quote is "if" -- meaning the spiritual weapon can be either a melee or ranged weapon?

Yes, I definately read it as the second interpretation, I think the 'even if' is the key.
So if, for example, your god's favoured weapon is a sling, the spiritual weapon doesn't suffer a sling's range penalties, neither does it have the advantage of being able to change targets as a 'non-action' as you would with a sling - it effectively acts the same as a melee weapon spiritual weapon.

Hey guys,
Apologies for my unexpected absence over the past few days. For those who haven’t heard, I abruptly lost my job earlier in the week. Times are going to be tough for a bit – my wife has just started working for three days a week after coming off 18 months maternity leave, so we fortunately have some income, but we pretty much burnt through our savings over the past 18 months so … hopefully I will find something soon. My industry is starting to be pretty badly affected by the financial uncertainty in Europe and elsewhere, but I’m sure something will come up. Circumstances may keep me away from Paizo more than normal though – not sure yet. Apologies in advance for any upcoming delays or slow downs. Please act for my character where required, or forgive slow GM updates as the case may be.
Anyway, this post is not meant to air my misery or garner sympathy, it is to express wonderment and heartfelt thanks to this fantastic community. Some far too generous person or persons who chose to stay anonymous have sent me a likewise far too generous gift certificate to help me keep up my AP subscription during this time. I can’t know for certain, but I suspect the person (or persons) is either a FAWTLy and / or in one of my pbp games. If you were behind this, thankyou so much, it is truly fantastic of you.
Cheers,
Luke

I’d say that it’s a lot better here than it is over your way, though it’s still not great. There are jobs being advertised but they all seem to be very short term contracts and/or require a specific and narrow skill set or experience. Hopefully if nothing else I will be able to pick up a short contract for now to pay the bills before something more permanent comes along.

Hey all, many apologies for my unexpected absence. This whole job hunting thing is tedious and depressing, and I’ve found myself getting easily distracted from it. At the beginning of last week I decided to buckle down, promised myself that I would not log on to Paizo until I had sent out some letters, made some job applications and finished up my portfolio … well, what I had estimated I would get done in about two days stretched out to more than a week.
Anyway, I’m back now and will try to catch up soon. Apologies for any inconvenience.
