How far away am I from the dragon bane longsword? Would i be able to reach it with my first move, or would it take my action to dash? Either way, I rage as a bonus action and say
"Here's a better deal, you shut the hell up and let us kill you" and grab the sword

Also the sword gives +1 to hit and the magical Poison also gives you another +1 to hit. It will do 1d8+3d6(to dragons)+1+str dmg+100 Poison damage(for drinking the potion).

Okay, Dwarves win this round Dannon drinks the poison and immediately falls to the floor, but he is still breathing, think of the Kris Kristoff pufferfish posion incident. The Dragon goes to investigate and finds no pulse, but Dannon has one and he wakes up as the Dragon sticks his head over him he swings the Dragon slaying sword now enhanced with poison cutting the dragon as it starts spitting up and dies.
The place is secure. In one months time the two Orcs run it into a nice sized inn and bar.
End of Forge of Furry You don't get to keep the sword or the poison. There is a sword of Dragon slaying, but it ain't in Forge of Furry and the poison doesn't exist.
