Ok the Initi is lll broken in this fight, Rosa has yet to act in round 2,
Any one now why this is being done?
At the start of a battle, each combatant makes an initiative check. An initiative check is a Dexterity check. Each character applies his or her Dexterity modifier to the roll, as well as other modifiers from feats, spells, and other effects. Characters act in order, counting down from the highest result to the lowest. In every round that follows, the characters act in the same order (unless a character takes an action that results in his or her initiative changing; see Special Initiative Actions).
If two or more combatants have the same initiative check result, the combatants who are tied act in order of total initiative modifier (highest first). If there is still a tie, the tied characters should roll to determine which one of them goes before the other.
Even if you can't take actions, you retain your initiative score for the duration of the encounter.
Yeah, I think combat and initiative in particular is being messed up, sorry GM.
An obvious symptom- all/most of us have done actions and then its been revealed that the enemy did something for their action before which means ours are invalid. And we don't get a chance to change our actions, they're just wasted.
As far as changes to GM, I think you just need to post the enemy's action at the top of the round, since it has the highest initiative, and let us make our actions in response to whatever it does. This'll hopefully prevent invalid/retconned actions and the like.
Just pasted a fix for Rosa's actions, so that the GM dos not need to retro any thing.

Its dos not give a fixed prise but dos give the spells needed to make it and CL6, so I think looking at it, should come in around 24k to 34k gp
Based on recent developments in the ingame thread that I really really like but based on a choice I made really screw over the game I was wondering how you guys want to proceed.
The woman you guys were fighting was the Insatiable Queen from the end of the adventure. Figured the battle would last a round or two and she would poof back to the moon but that hasn't happened...and I REALLY messed running her up pretty bad...
So here is what I propose as a solution and you guys can let me know what you think.
I am willing to pretend that it was one of her minions and let you guys gain full control of said minion. I'll make her a NPC that will join the party and fight along side you guys if you wish. You don't really need the help but I really like the creativity shown and want to reward it somehow.
So what do you guys think?

Well when I shifted her alignment she somehow was able to keep her abilities but lost her spells...not really much of a loss really.
