Zaphkiel double takes slightly.

In her state? Did she just..? She must be joking.

Zaphkiel unties her and sits down. That's not necessary, Miss Shayless. Your wrist, please.

He feels for a pulse, comparing it to his own on his neck, then checks her breathing by ear.

Are you feeling lightheaded, or sick? Anything else unusual?

He puts a hand to her belly.

Has the little one been kicking or more active than normal?

Zaphkiel:

"I feel light headed and dizzy sometimes and I'm still getting sick in the mornings...I thought that was supposed to stop by now. I also feel really drained...not to mention having to use the privy more often. The no monthly flow has been a nice sideeffect though. And its been kicking about every half an hour for a couple seconds and then stops...feels like he's just trying to get comfortable in there. The breast tenderness is getting old...could you rub them for me? That darn priest at the church refuses."

As far as you can tell the baby is healthy and progressing well. Her heart rate is elevated slightly compared to yours but that is to be expected. She checks out normal.

I'm sorry to say that the morning sickness may come and go throughout the pregnancy, or even be a constant thing.

At her question he shakes his head.

That's something I think you can do yourself. Be sure to get up and walk about the room at least once a day, but other than that stay in bed. Don't start a fight with your father over this. Please?

Shayless frowns but nods her head "Thank you Zaphkiel. I assume you have other business to attend to? Well I'll leave you to it. I'm just glad nothing is wrong." She smiles at him and shows him to the door and then gets right back into bed.

Zaphkiel heads to his room within the cathedral, meditates for an hour as he always does and heads to bed.

The next morning comes far to early and you guys meet up at the Rusty Dragon for a quick meal before you hit the road.

Zaphkiel, having gotten up earlier than everyone else, begins helping the people at the Dragon clean and repair things in the inn.

Ameiko smiles widely as Zaphkiel comes in and starts helping to clean up. "Thanks for the hand. Its good to have you guys home...if only for a few moments. I see from your dress your heading out agian today, I wish you well and luck on your Journey."

I pray for your health and prosperity as ever, Miss Ameiko. If you could, please try to visit Shayless or have someone else do it. She could use the companionship as long as she must remain at home. I don't feel I have been in this town long enough to know if the two of you are friends, but I don't know who else to ask.

since i was away so long. Am i bit lost on who is where at this point in time. Did some already leave? Did we leave to scout?

Think everyone slept for a while in Sandpoint, no?

Yes everyone slept in sandpoint and was about to head out. Meeting at the Rusty Dragon the morning of the departure to get a quick meal and do any buffing before they leave.
