It wasn't meant to be snide. I'm trying to explain where the confusion is coming from. We got to a new area that we think is dangerous so we don't want to sleep in it. Than you say "Well since nobody mentioned sleeping I assume you all stayed up for 20+ hours so you're fatigued." There are some things that we don't bother mentioning because you haven't told us we need to keep track of it so we hadn't bothered doing it. Many GMs don't track food, but since you wanted us to we've been doing it, no problem. But you never mentioned sleep schedules becoming a problem before you made the assumption we stayed up almost an entire day. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but it feels like an arbitrary debuff, and to me that doesn't seem fair.

ok I am putting a pause on the game for a bit of a PSA here

When we recruited this game the expectation was 2 posts per day, only Churley and Kix have been close to that. I understand Seif is in a different time zone, and lately has picked up, but are we all interested in this game? I am not interested in running a slow paced game.

So who is interested and able to make that commitment? I know Churley is, but he is dead right now. I know Kix is as well. Arthur is no longer with us, so I guess I am really asking Seif and Zephyr. I would love for us to move on, but it is time to check in. If my style is not for you no problem, but lets not stick around if we aren't in to it.


I apologize for my slackishness. I've had a combination of being fairly busy the last few weeks and a bit of confusion with the plot that leaves me in a position where I'm better off letting someone else push things along since I don't have time to reacquaint myself with what's going on necessarily. I'll try to do better.

Regular OOC pointer on who's who whenever people do name drops would help out if it's not too much trouble. There's been multiple times where NPCs ask us "What do you think of X" and when I'm trying to post on a lunch break I find myself frantically searching the thread for info on who X was.
