After the group rescued Rognvald Skagni, they spent two weeks in Whitethrone, hidden by the employees of their trusted friend Uliyara. Jamir worked closely with Uliyara and her trusted servant Ake, in order to arrange the freedom of the prisoners found beneath the brewery. Jamir and several others of the group helped arrange stop overs, on the treacherous journey, where each of the former slaves might find safe haven, either with a Pathfinder agent or Pathfinder society sympathizer. Jamir's contacts within the his Liberty's edge faction, proved invaluable. Uliyara for her part, provided local trusted contacts and much of the funding.
Among the former prisoners, Rogvald was one of the last to leave. He was fascinated with the abundance of books and scrolls found beneath the brewery in the underground library. It was he who discovered the missive and put together the pieces that a Shadowlodge agent known as Melkorka Skur, had set out in search of a powerful and renowned weapon of Ulfen heritage. But, instead of heading into the land of the Linnorm Kings she had headed the opposite way! Now the party is in a race to catch this Shadowlodge agent who is already two weeks and two days ahead of them.
Their destination: The Realm of the Mammoth Lords and if rumors and speculation are true...the legendary Keep of the Huscarl King!
