Cannot update map right now but here is a general sense. Arial and Jaydavu are adjacent to each other next to drow's dead body. Tark is adjacent to Perb further south. Kitty is leaping aimlessly under drow priestess. Senna is blind and flying away from priestess.


Phone post with a question Drow_DM, actually two: I am assuming even with an arrow flying through an image, we can't simply pinpoint the real drow, correct? ;) Also, is Tark within flying/charging distance?

Seeing the mayhem that suddenly seems to be falling upon the group, Tark growls - "Very well then. It be our turn now wench!" - then takes off like a rocket, heading straight towards the flying drow, aiming at blasting her with a mighty hammer swing.

Using your roll for Arial as a model, high on the Miss % is good so I'll use that...

Vision returned, Senna mutters an arcane phrase and sails in a high arc, diving on the Drow and her doppleganger from above - making sure none of her allies is directly below. She guesses at which of the two figures is the real one and taps her foot against the drow's skull. A bolt of force hammers like a mallet, threatening to drive the woman into the ground.

Basic plan is to choose an attack angle that will (hopefully) drive the Drow into the ground right in the middle of the team to make her an easier target.

Will rp Kitty's action to move things along...and sorry, but the kitty just met Jaydavu and saw him takes its mistress so it will protect her fallen form.

Kitty growls, as she sees her mistress brought down by the monk! The cat charges the monk and bites at him!

I'm a little confused about Davu. Doesn't he still get a chance to roll and determine his own action? If he rolled to behave normally, couldn't he realise that Kitt was just acting in defense of her packleader and let her attack pass? Just curious.

Actually, Senna's force punch drove the drow priestess 20' back to the ground, where there is no one around when she casts so no need to cast defensively. As for whether Tark gets an AoO, from everything I saw on the message boards, no AoO for forced movement such as a push. By the way, Senna failed her Fort save and is now blind!

Ah, OK. I was trying to ground her near any teammates. I thought Perb might be in the neighborhood. If not, no problem. Sorry if I'm slow on the uptake on our positions, I tend to play games with copious map updates. Speaking of which a map update might be nice so folks can try to surround the priestess and pin her down.

Senna's irritation starts to bleed through, "We need to finish this b+%++... Get on her. I'll try to help Davu as soon as I can see him." She casts a spell on herself attempting to sweep aside the blinding magic.

She is up first but, depending on the circumstances, trying to break the enchantment on you may be the safest best. Hopefully Arial will be conscious and able to bring some heat along with Tark and Perb to the Drow, freeing me up to either help out or try to get you back into the game. Given how hard you hit, I'd prefer if you were a loose cannon aimed in our direction. :)

Break enchantment takes a full minute to cast. It's not a practical combat spell. Best I can come up with is maybe protection from evil might give him another save.

The channel puts me back on my feet (ok, the channel plus a move action) so I'm a fan. It also keeps Kitty alive.

With a sharp whistle, Arial catches the cat's attention, and the beast withdraws, dashing into the forest to the north. Presumably drawing the confused monk along with him.

The elf stands unsteadily and fires another arrow at the drow.

Okay, Arial was dying and prone. He naturally dropped his bow to the ground when he fell. So this round, Arial can stand and grab his bow. No arrow. Arial, please keep track and post your hps in each post. You are currently at 13/59.

Round 7: Drow Priestess
As a swift action, the priestess casts a spell, allowing her to move away from Tark and Senna without provoking attacks. Grace spell. She then moves 20' North, gives the elf a look of disgust, grasps her holy symbol, praises Lloth channeling negative energy, excluding the confused monk and hitting everyone else, except kitty.

Updated Map coming later today. For now, you can roll Will saves for half damage.
Jaydavu, since Kitty did not attack you last round, you may roll d100 to determine your action.

The drow priestess's eyes go wide as she sees the energy missiles streaking toward her so she stretches her hands to try and resist the magic, but they blast through her body. She screams with each hit, as she falls to the ground dead.

Congrats! I assume no one goes near Jaydavu and a few rounds later, his confusion passes.

Senna gladly accepts a single touch from the wand and then searches then carefully searches the drow priestess, scanning her with mystical sight.

"What about ya? Back up and runnin' lass?" - he questions Arial with concern, moving closer to inspect her fast mending wounds due to Perblentius divine powers - "Took some nasty hits from the wretches back there"

At Davu's words he nods - "Maybe one o'them still breathes, an' we could slap'em around for some answers? Not the caster though - if that one ain't bein' dead. I'll hammer her skull in meself!"
