You've had some great deal of success in your life. You've had extravagant riches compared to the life common folk have on Golarion. True, most of those riches have been spent on material possessions that now adorn your body, be it armor, weapons, magical trinkets to enhance your physical and mental attributes, and whatever other magics you've discovered on your travels. Because you have chosen the life of an adventurer...sure, there's excitement and glory, but also death and lots of it. You've had companions die yet you have forced on, defeating the forces of evil and tyranny, wondering when your day will come. You've made enemies and friends, saved many, spent lavishly, and repaid most of your debts. Yes, most of them, because there was always one outstanding, that years later, still had never been repaid. And when would the day come? After all, you owed the elves and they live for hundreds of years! The debt might not be called in during your lifetime. You hoped you wouldn't have to pass that debt to your heirs, if you had or recognized any of them, at least officially. But then 10 days ago, there it was a sealed scroll found in your temple, at your monastery/fighting school where you trained, at the local tavern where you work part-time, and brought to you by a local dwarf. You recognize the quality of the paper and beautiful elven script immediately, as it simply read:
"The nation of Kyonin needs your special set of skills
Recent raids by drow in our lands
Remember your promise and your debt
Be in 10 days at the Traveler's Rest on the border of our lands for an escort"

The seal of Kyonin was very recognizable at the bottom of the Scroll.
So you set aside your personal matters, packed your things, and embarked on a journey to Kyonin.

Now, here you are, 10 days later at the Traveler's Rest, a one story-building near a rough road. There is a sign above the door that reads: “Travelers’ Rest—All Are Welcome!"

DC 10 Knowledge Religion:
You recognize this as one of the occasional hospice buildings erected and maintained by those who honor Desna, the deity of luck and travelers. These buildings provide travelers with shelter. Each visitor is expected to use what he needs from the shelter and contribute what he can in return. For instance, those with extra supplies might leave them for the next travelers, hunters might provide meat, and unskilled folk might chop wood. This is how the rest stop is maintained.

You walk into the shleter and find three sets of bunk beds sufficient for six travelers to sleep in comfort, fourteen days’ worth of food, twenty days’ worth of animal fodder, a good well out-side in the fenced-off corral area, an enclosed privy, plenty of firewood, and a handaxe in the woodpile. In addition to general furnishings such as cooking utensils, soap, and blankets meant to serve all travelers.

Senna kicks the dust off her well-worn boots in the doorway as she glances around the provisioned room absent of travelers. Unsure how long she'd have to wait for the escort, the young woman (built more like a boy) picks a lower bunk near the far wall and drops her pack on the bed. She sits down heavily beside it, kicks off her boots and wiggles her feet in their ragged socks with a contented sigh - happy to give them a rest. She leans against the wall and waits.

Jaydavu was in a very cross mood. The debt wasn't his, but following through with the family debt was his duty. Kors, the Oathkeeper would be proud of him. It still didn't make his mood any better, even knowing he was doing what he should.

The rocky creature grumbled his whole way to the Traveler's Rest. Whatever the task was, he hoped it could be dealt with quickly and he could get home soon.

As he opened the door, he saw the human already claiming one of the beds. He wasn't sure if his bulk would be held by any of these human styled beds, so he threw his pack on another of the bottom spots.

"Greeting to human. Am Davu. Am oread. Father send to help elfs. Human know what is Drow," he asks in his rough common, his voice sounding like gravels banging together.

The girl's feet stop wiggling and her eyes widen as the large Oread takes up the entire doorway and then some. Shock causes her to parrot Davu's clipped speech, "Gads! I'm Senna. Hi. Drow? Yes, Drow are like Elves but with black skin and white hair. I think."

The dwarven boots hit the ground hard as Tark made his way up the path - It had to be the goddamn drow - he pondered, on the one hand not too eager to face such usually formidable foes, but on the other quite pleased to cleave some cursed drow heads - "Guess Imma contribute to rid Golarion of them wretches - one at a time, steady she goes" - he chuckled.

In spite of the multiple weapons jutting from his massive, bulky frame, and the sturdy plate built entirely of well kept metal, he carried himself easily, one step after the other towards the cabin in the distance - graying hair and beard, his eyes sparkled like two dots of darkness, contrasting with heavily tanned skin, from years at the forge.

Opening the door, the dwarf notices the two already inside - a lithe human, and a massive stone like one - "Well met lads" - his voice sounds deep - "I be Tark Boulderbreaker. You mind if I bunk with ya? Don't have much to offer as far as provisions go, but the arm's strong enough to chop some wood, and leave it to warm the feet of the next one that comes along" - he smiles, moving towards the bunks, and casting them a doubtful eye.

"Hmmm, not sure if this will hold me" - he comments, laying down his backpack on the remaining bottom bunk, and leaning the dwarven longhammer against the nearby wall - "What brings you lot to this neck o' the woods then?" - he asks flatly.

Senna is both joking and stating the truth - she wouldn't mind tattooing some elves while here - but that clearly isn't the main reason she is here.

Perblentious, while he is quite fond of wandering about, he's more about seeing the destination than the journey. He simply waits till the last minute and teleports to the site he has been summoned to. He figures that left him more time for converting people to the wisdom of Cayden as well as time for partying. He's been through this area in the past, and is familiar with such travel shrines. knowledge religion: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21

As always he is well dressed in clean travel garb, and carries a skin of top notch ale.

Ahh, a small travel shrine. The Desnans are most helpful that way. Sadly they always lack a bar. Shame that.

Since he supposed to be here to wait, he will step inside and greet the prior arrivals.

"Greetings travelers, I am Perblentious, priest of Cayden Calean. Who here will join with me in a libation to honor my god and work some of that trail dust from your throats? "

He notes that there are still a few cots available. Good, no need to sleep on the ground again. I'm getting a bit too old for that nonsense.

She sticks to the shadows and moves with a furtive swiftness of a hunter. For a short time she listens to the others speak, and then she walks into the rest. She squints as she looks around at the group gathered by the Queen. A dwarf, two humans, and an oread. She sighed softly, and reminded herself that one way or another, each of these had been chosen for some skill or another. They were useful, or they wouldn't have been sent for, and they were here. With most of the elves' strength tied up in the Tanglebriar, she knew they would need to take what help Desna provided.

"Welcome, strangers," she said. She looked around and realized they had settled in to eat and drink and rest. "The last raid struck a few miles from here. When you are ready. I am Arial," she added as an afterthought, and sat on a bench.

I meant a link to PRD description of the spell or the ability. I was not referring to the inspire courage. For example with daylight, I wanted to know the radius and range and duration. Instead of me looking it up, if you could provide that information, it would make the game progress smoother.
