Good news! I'm moving to a new apartment!

Bad news! I'll be without access to the boards there until I can get connectivity. That means I'll only be able to post at work occasionally, and not at all until I get service.

Hopefully, that won't be too much of an interruption, but I will be unavailable for the next 48 hours or so.

I'm tempted to say Lhuar goes with Marcello for now. You guys ok with just you four until one or both come back? Can't exactly meet a new character down in the sewers anyway.

How about Pierre Duval? Name of Grey Gargoyle in comics - turns people to stone - cockactrice....get it? :) His first name is actually Paul Pierre, but who would name their PF character Paul???

Just got a name.. building him now in the labs.. will be porting over. Cirnos Duval! Hows that for a villianous name!

Ultimate combat allowed? Looking at the fortified armor training feat:

Fortified Armor Training (Combat)

You have learned to let your armor bear the brunt of the worst attacks.

Prerequisite: Proficient with armor or shield.

Benefit: If an opponent scores a critical hit against you, you can turn the critical hit into a normal hit. If you do, either your armor or your shield gains the broken condition (your choice).

Go 4 it, it's allowed!

Thanks! I'm still without connectivity at home, so I'm only able to check the boards while at work. I should have that ironed out soon.

Due to crazy work hours the next 2 weeks I will be posting less, but I should be able to post within the 3pm to 6pm time range. After that things will be normal again.

Hopefully people delay until my Sleep goes off, so as to not risk getting in the radius.

Correct, you target the square at the end of the full round.

What the group needs.. falsified documentation/papers/uniforms so we can bluff our way through encounters with city officials / civil servants / blasted hellknight patrols. Hats of disguise or something(if we get $, or just uniforms if we are on the cheap!)

Or go make friends with the local tailors.

(Since the bureaucracy may be part of the problem... we can use it to be a solution!!)

Currently we are very disjointed in our movements. I think we have some people moving towards them and others running away. The way we need to go to continue is West, the opposite direction from them.

Although something to think about is..

Did they see our faces? Can they report us to the higher ups?!?!

I am back. Sorry about yesterday's absence. I should be off tomorrow until Monday. They might put me on a different schedule permanently. I will keep you posted.

Zeke wanted us to keep them alive - even if we fought them, they could have reported us to the senior officers.

Man.. in hind sight, that sort of sounds like a poor strategy. (and it looks like they may be wanting to take us alive for torture/interrigation and such..)

So while we don't want to be killing them, if they found out who the people are.. (And heck apparently they captured two leaders?!?) What is going to keep the hellknights from using any sort of information network to sweep up all us little rebels?

Or is there something I am missing? Maybe some internal bureaucracy keeps the hellknights from breaking into houses doing door to door searches??

Just trying to put everything in perspective, while Pallius is all for the cause, (he has very little to lose, as most of his friends are either in prison/eaten by shadow monsters/trying to stay off the grid), other people have lives and families to look after. May be needing to get PC's loved ones out of the crossfire!!!

Or... we should be using disguises....

Also remember that EVERYONE should have (2) potions of CLW from Zeke (and his handy stockpile).

I'm afraid the demands of life and work (not the least of which the current trip I'm on) find me with not enough time to devote to the playthrough. Rather than (unfairly to all of you) string things along with inconsistent posting, I'll be withdrawing from the game. Dispose of my character as you see fit! Good luck to you all, and thanks!
