The trail is roughly as old as the bloody tracks but all the tracks were a day old when you started.

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

We think we were following the trails the attackers made when they first came to the town. The idea was to find their camp. Plus if they kept any prisoners that is where they would take them.

hrmmm basic math... 300 ft at 30 ft/rd, vs. 300 ft @ 40 ft/ rd, means folks will be charging on rd 8, with Isham 80 ft behind, with 12 arrows left, move and weapons swap on 9, charge on 10. I can live with that, in the unlikely event we get there in a straight forward way.
Gotta consider whether archery/precise shot is a good development path for Isham. PF seems to have nerfed archery damage pretty harshly...

You haven't factored in run which is X4 movement or X3 in heavy armour at cost of Dex bonus to AC which I assumed everyone was doing that hadn't said they were trying to stick to cover or stealth

Okay, something's bothering me. I read the gameplay thread again and it is still bothering me:

we came to this cave by following old trails that didn't intersect with the bloody trails.
Why are we raiding these people's home again?

Additionally, if we don't find the prisoners we may be able to discover where we can find them. We're attacking to save our scouts, who got spotted.

As a paladin I'm trying to keep these things straight as well. Kind of have to.

male (HP43/43 AC 21 | T 14 | FF 17 | CMD 21 | F +6 | R +11 | W +6 | Init +3 | Per +10) Garundi Ranger (Freebooter) 2 / Bard 4

ARC - ah, thanks for correcting my math. I may need to hustle up a bit to keep in the thick of things - i'm losing 30'-50' per round then.

I also added a bit of backstory in the campaign tab.

Ouch, man.

Male Half-Elf Rogue 6 (HP: 48/48 | AC:20 T:16 FF:20 [+2 vs traps, +4 vs movement AoO]| F:+4 R:+9 (+11 vs traps) W:+2 | Init +6 Per +11 (+14 vs traps)

Just for some confirmation: Julian is hit again? You don't mention damage, but from the description it seems so.
Also: ouch, those rolls.

male (HP43/43 AC 21 | T 14 | FF 17 | CMD 21 | F +6 | R +11 | W +6 | Init +3 | Per +10) Garundi Ranger (Freebooter) 2 / Bard 4

This was last round:

Initiative Order:
Anastasiya 24
Rutilux 21
Julian 19
Dagmar 17
Weidjadr 15 X2
Zethyris 10
Jediah 9
Isham 5
Andreas 4

Jediah, Rutilux and Andreas are now 140ft away. Dagmar is 60ft out and Zethyris 80ft. Anastasiya is 180ft away and unseen. Julian is 30ft away and Isham is 240ft away. Both Zethyris and Dagmar look very wounded.

If I understood correctly, then running rates are:

Jediah, Rutilux and Andreas : 20 x 4 = 80; 140-80=60 (current?)
Dagmar: 30 x 2 = 60, 180-60 = 120 (current?)
Zethyris: no move last round : 80
Dagmar: no move last round: 60
Isham: 30 x 1, 240 - 30 = 210

That's if my math is right...
Depending on angles, any one of Jediah, Rutilux and Andreas may be able to charge the Weidjadr (60 - 30 = 30 < 20 x 2 for charge) menacing Julian.

Did I get that right?

Male Half-Elf Rogue 6 (HP: 48/48 | AC:20 T:16 FF:20 [+2 vs traps, +4 vs movement AoO]| F:+4 R:+9 (+11 vs traps) W:+2 | Init +6 Per +11 (+14 vs traps)

I'm at Dagmar's position, at 60.

Basically but Zethyris also moved up. Basically only Isham ans Anastasiya... And Julian are not clustered near Dagmar. Currently the Weidjadr over Julian is 30ft away from the group.

Anastasiya is 120ft and your 210ft

All measurement are from cave entrance.

male (HP43/43 AC 21 | T 14 | FF 17 | CMD 21 | F +6 | R +11 | W +6 | Init +3 | Per +10) Garundi Ranger (Freebooter) 2 / Bard 4

@zethyris - don't you have one of the CLW potions?

Male Half-Elf Rogue 6 (HP: 48/48 | AC:20 T:16 FF:20 [+2 vs traps, +4 vs movement AoO]| F:+4 R:+9 (+11 vs traps) W:+2 | Init +6 Per +11 (+14 vs traps)

Yes I do. Was thinking of using it on Dagmar, but she had her hex. If she still needs it I will give.
I'm now planning on giving it to Julian, when we reach him.

Until now i never really understood why people always said don't split the party.

M 1/2 Orc Fighter 6 (HP) Unbreakable HP 72/72 Init+5AC 24/23/11 F11/R5/W5(8 v. fear)

Well that is the problem with stealth and all. Scouts have to go ahead far enough that the others don't get spotted but then the others are to far away when that '1' comes up.

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

We are glad to help you learn something then. :)

As for the CLW potion, Julian is definitely the one in need of it right now, she's only down 2 hp now. Also, Dagmar will do what healing she can on Julian, but you never know how kind the dice will be.

I also plan on taking a rank in Stealth next level.

male (HP43/43 AC 21 | T 14 | FF 17 | CMD 21 | F +6 | R +11 | W +6 | Init +3 | Per +10) Garundi Ranger (Freebooter) 2 / Bard 4

Two possibilities to stabilize are better than one. :) That, and not getting skewered any more.

Male Half-Elf Rogue 6 (HP: 48/48 | AC:20 T:16 FF:20 [+2 vs traps, +4 vs movement AoO]| F:+4 R:+9 (+11 vs traps) W:+2 | Init +6 Per +11 (+14 vs traps)

I'm wondering if we should be taking turns in initiative order. I realize it slows things down, but it will let us react to things as they happen better. Just throwing it out there.

M 1/2 Orc Fighter 6 (HP) Unbreakable HP 72/72 Init+5AC 24/23/11 F11/R5/W5(8 v. fear)

Don't let my future wife die! ;)

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

Lol, you haven't even gotten her to swoon yet. Thinking pretty far ahead aren't you? :)

I figure Dagmar would start off as rash and as impulsive as her brother was before he died. So when Zethyris said they needed to hurry to Julian's side, she took him too literally and headed there immediately.

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

Jediah's just thinking of the Belkzen method of proposal and matrimony: knock your fiance over the head and claim her as your own. >:D

Female Human Sorcerer 6, HP 49, AC 13, touch 12, flat-footed 11, Fort 5, Ref 3, Will 5 (+2 vs. charm, cold, fear, fire, sleep)

Yes, but in that case the Weidjadr with his javeline proposed to her first.

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

It's a love triangle; these are the Days of our Lives: Frozen Northlands. :P

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

The Weidjadr's "javeline" does not impress me. I decline his propsal.

I wonder if Ulfen courtship rituals are listed anywhere? I know Klingon ones amuse me. :)

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

But what about the Weidjadr's good twin, Esteban?

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

Would I have my own evil twin then? Or would I really be the evil one? I swear, soap opera character's die and come back more often than Jean Grey.

Female Human Sorcerer 6, HP 49, AC 13, touch 12, flat-footed 11, Fort 5, Ref 3, Will 5 (+2 vs. charm, cold, fear, fire, sleep)

So do RPG characters.

Male Human (Cheliaxian) Cavalier of the Sword 6 (HP:49/58)(AC 25/11t/24ff [+1 vs range with shield]; F+8, R+3,W+5)

All this talk. My next character may have a goatee

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

I already have a goatee. >.>

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

Well, Andreas is obviously the evil twin then.

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

I'm not evil. I'm simply taldan.

Careful with all this soap opera talk. You may temp the ire of the producers and suffer the wrath of cancellations. Or just feed your DM evil ideas

Seeing as everyone is posting so often would anyone be opposed to changing the minimum posts to twice a day?

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

Today is an exception for me; I can't commit to anything more than once a day, and even now I'm heading out to take care of some errands.

Male Human (Cheliaxian) Cavalier of the Sword 6 (HP:49/58)(AC 25/11t/24ff [+1 vs range with shield]; F+8, R+3,W+5)

Actually, I'm convinced the dice are evil, or at least evil to me.

M 1/2 Orc Fighter 6 (HP) Unbreakable HP 72/72 Init+5AC 24/23/11 F11/R5/W5(8 v. fear)

I can do at least one a day. Once a day day is a good minimum since life and power outages happen

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

I'll just go along with the majority.

Once a day is good for me. If acceleration occurs naturally, that's not a bad thing. But I don't have a problem waiting for folks' inputs - my rate is likely to be spotty as I go through some evolutions at work.

Okay well keep once a day as the minimum.

M Human AC19 F:+3, R:+9, W: +4 Ninja 6

Posting from a hotel ...out of town at a wedding so posting will be sparse the next day or two. SOrry, guys.

Thanks for the warning.

Just quick validation of what's in view - big fat and slobbery, a cage full of ulfen women, and a covered pit in the back of the cave with occasional human arms flailing up. Did I get that right?

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

Yes, and Anastasiya is proposing to big fat and slobbery; they make such a cute couple.

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

Sounds like Jediah may be proposing soon instead. Poor Dagmar will just have to settle for one of the other fine men of the group. Preferably one that doesn't want 6 kids.

M 1/2 Orc Fighter 6 (HP) Unbreakable HP 72/72 Init+5AC 24/23/11 F11/R5/W5(8 v. fear)

Just joshing in good fun there. :)

LG male human [taldan] paladin of Shelyn 1 [AC 18/12/16; hp 1/10]

There's enough Jediah to go around. XD

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

We'll try to not have any catfights over him then. :)

M 1/2 Orc Fighter 6 (HP) Unbreakable HP 72/72 Init+5AC 24/23/11 F11/R5/W5(8 v. fear)

Jediah flexes and grunts. Me Jediah, you Dagmar. We make Zug-Zug!

Female Human (Ulfen) Hedge Witch / 4 (HP:25/25) (AC:13) (Saving Throws Fortitude: +4 Reflex: +1 Will: +5 )

I am no good at women's basketball.
