I am not sure that is what the GM meant, as it seems that the map of the second level of the dungeon has been placed for our party to begin exploring...but I could be wrong and it be both?

But other than that, I'm ready to explore the lower levels of the Spire.

I know this is a little too late to ask this, but I was planning on asking if during Voyla's reflex save roll, if we are able to pull her out of danger by rolling a reflex save as well, or some other roll? You know like grabbing her by the collar and yanking her out of the way before the cage traps her inside with the skeleton.
I was planning on asking but I got wrapped up with work and it slipped my mind. Sorry about that Voyla. :(

According to the rules for a charge, no.
PRD Charge wrote:

If you move a distance equal to your speed or less, you can also draw a weapon during a charge attack if your base attack bonus is at least +1.

You must move to the closest space from which you can attack the opponent. If this space is occupied or otherwise blocked, you can't charge. If any line from your starting space to the ending space passes through a square that blocks movement, slows movement, or contains a creature (even an ally), you can't charge. Helpless creatures don't stop a charge.
I don't even think I can charge the one up top as moving "directly toward" that skeleton would move me into the coffin, I think even though I could move straight forward and attack it.

As an FYI I'm working night shift the next three nights (tonight, Friday, Saturday) and sleeping during the day so my posting rates will likely drop during the time. I'll try and catch up/keep up as best as I can but feel free to bot Joza as needed to keep things moving along.

We use that in the F2F games I play in, so I've seen and experienced my fair share of snapped bowstrings, dropped weapons, friends and foes faceplanting, turning allies into pincushions, and many other ridiculous things. I'm glad that critical failures aren't part of the standard PF rules!
