Titus Scarnetti, the owner of several businesses including the majority of Sandpoint's lumber mills, Titus is also a member of one of Sandpoint's noble families.
Shalelu Andosana, an elven hunter that lives in the wilds, she keeps Sandpoint safe by patrolling the wilds and hunting down particularly bothersome beasts.
Brodert Quink, a local scholar of history, architecture, and ancient Thassilon, Brodert lives in Sandpoint to study the Old Light.
Savah Bevaniky, Sandpoint's local armory-owner. She contracts Das Korvut to forge most of her works, although she can passably do it herself much of the time.
Aliver Podiker, an accomplished herbalist and gardener, he is Sandpoint's best alchemist.
Cyrdak Drokkus, the leader of Sandpoint's Theatre Guild, he also owns and operates Sandpoint's only theatre.
Ilsoari Ganthedus, A retired adventurer that now runs the mix Academy/orphanage in exchange for room and board.
Hannah Velerin, an elven cleric of Gozreh, she tends to most of the minor aches and pains of Sandpoint's citizenry.

Alia, a Shoanti human vampire ranger. Khalbar's wife, rescued from Geb about a year ago. Currently the mother of a young human toddler and a dhampir newborn.

Kendra Deverin, Sandpoint's mayor, elected by popular acclaim. Murdered by Tsuto Kaijitsu during the final goblin assault on Sandpoint.
Belor Hemlock, Sandpoint's first Shoanti sheriff, inherited his position during Chopper's spree when the previous sheriff died. Murdered by Norgorber cultists in Magnimar while trying to recruit extra guards.
Ethram Valdemar, the owner of Sandpoint's piers and docks, he makes his living constructing ships and selling them. He died exploding his manor house to destroy some goblins and distract from his fleeing staff.
