The lead orc furrows his brow, though the others don't drop their angry, aggressive faces at all. They converse quickly in Orcish, before the lead orc waves the twins down.
Without sheathing his sword, he turns back to Dwynra. "Lu-cky" he responds, pointing to himself. Then he shrugs. He points to each of the twins and says a word that Dwynra doesn't recognize, but when he points to the black-skinned woman (who, now that her head is turned, Dwynra and the others notice has the long ears of an elf) he says a word in Elven that Dwynra recognizes means "Nothing" (for no child in polite society goes without learning an Elven word or two).

Seeing that she now has their attention, and at least the leader no longer sees her as a threat, she no longer thinks using a spell will be a waste, she points to herself, the half-orc, and the elf all in succession and saying their names, "Dwynra, Lucky, Nothing..." she then casts silent image to produce an illusion of her brother, "...Cruril." She then uses the illusion to show her brother using a metal ring to come to this world, and then she shows herself and her companions following after him.
Following this, she keeps the image of Cruril there so that it can be inspected. "Lucky, Nothing," she uses her fingers to create a line of sight from her eyes to Cruril, "see Cruril? We," she gestures to her companions and herself, "search for him," hand over brow to pantomime a search.

Lucky looks suspicious as Dwynra casts a spell, but his eyes open wide with surprise when it reveals an image of Cruril. He grunts and points at the illusion. He gestures towards the door to the building and then points repeatedly towards his eyes.
He then waves his hands back and forth in front of his torso, palms down before repeating Dwynra's "search" pantomime.

Sense Motive to determine what the hands-before-torso gesture means: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
Dwynra gasps and smiles widely, she makes Cruril's image smaller and includes an image of the building. She puts Cruril outside the building and Lucky out there with him, with him looking at Cruril. "You see Cruril?" She says and mimes, "Where?" She zooms the image out so that the half-orc can see a map of what she knows of the city, and then she points around at it to indicate she wants to know where he saw her brother.
