Loyalty didn't actually come up, so you could well have been. I just left it as Felix for my own convenience. You have the same bonus or higher (I can't tell how many ranks of knowledge local you have, but it looks like 4. Increasing to 5 adds +1 which causes you to to improve on Felix's stats.)
I wasn't sure how we wanted to handle the council positions since we weren't shifting him to the Viceroy position just yet. If/when we do split the kobold kingdom, you'd step in. Alternatively, if NPC Lanya becomes Wil's co-ruler/consort, then Felicia could take over as diplomat and you could step in.
I'm flexible either way. From an RP standpoint, Wyssal seems to make a lot of sense in that position. I'll leave it up to you guys as it makes minimal difference for now statwise.
Wyssal Sloboda |
Wyssal doesn't have 5 ranks in Knowledge (Local) It only has 1 :(
If it's the same for the kingdom, Wyssal can remain in the "opposition" this first year at least, which will make a difference in her downtime calculations. I am also liking her to become the 4th power, outside established government.
Power to the press! :D
Wilhelm Orlovsky |
Hi folks. I'm sorry for the lack of posting. I'm still here, I'm just swamped at work trying to get stuff done. I've got a post in Gameplay to help move things along. I think we can split into the two groups outlined earlier, if that's ok Leinathan. Hopefully the books can provide some inspiration. :) If you need help, let me know and we can figure something out.
Apologies again for the delay.
Roan of Irori |
If you need the help leinathan, also feel free to tap me in for it too. I know Wilhelm already offered, and honestly is probably a better pick, but I like Dareon too much to just let him slip away if I can help it. :)

Okay, I think I've got a handle on my motivational self, for now. Once I get the adventures started we'll be good. I'm very sorry for the delays, I'll do my very best not to fail you guys as a DM.
In that vein, though, I think Dareon has to retire from adventuring. I'm glad you (Roan, I guess) like him, and I'll post for him if people need his help or something, but I can't post for adventuring Dareon and DMing. It would make me feel too schizo and I don't really trust my ability to separate IC and OOC knowledge in that case.

Getting Ana there with Speak with the Dead might shed some light on the situation too!
Fhârn |
Felix and Dante I believe
Fhârn |
I will be away for a few days, most likely without internet. Fhârn is probably going to brood and perhaps even try and craft some silver weaponry. Munin will continue to hang around the investigation in case they need a bird's view on things - or a message delivered.
Fhârn |
I have returned. I'll think up some way to contribute soon-ish : )
Fhârn |
We're in the middle of a heat-wave over here, so cunning plans are currently on hold : P
I'm thinking Fhârn could start to provide silver weaponry as soon as he hears the suspicions.
Anyone know if (special) material costs are included in the Craft time ?
ie does a silver stake take ~90 times as long to make as a metal stake ?
Fhârn |
So ~1 week to craft a silver stake? Aouch : )
I guess I'll think of something else instead
Wyssal Sloboda |
About Wyssal future cohort, her sister Voyla...
I am thinking in an inquisitor, with the Reformation Inquisition. Would that be ok, even if it is from the Pathfinder Player Companion: Faiths & Philosophies Book?
Dante Skyborn |
I work nights until 10pm, but I usually stay up til at least 2 or 3 am. I own a 2 story house, in which I rent out my rooms to 3 of my best friends, so we watch tv and movies, drink, play video games, have bonfires in my back yard etc.
Wyssal Sloboda |
Wyssal normally works late trying to get her business up, and then goes to sleep on the place Dante allowed her to stay. She wakes up at a good hour (for a halfling, like 8) and then goes get her breakfast...
But tonight she will get her stuff and patrol the street, as stealthy as she is able, to try and find the assassins.
She will use her Detect Magic and Sift cantrips as much as needed, illuminating herself with her torches. If she sees somebody out, she will tell them to go home.
Roan of Irori |
Roan's usage of Keep Watch tends to keep his nights somewhat busy. Typically he spends his nights working while he keeps his days free for more leisure activity and such. During the night he takes care of reading all the various reports/receiving them in person for anything communicated by word of mouth. Once that's taken care of, Roan usually chooses to meditate for a time in his sanctum and mull over the information he's been given. Once done, Roan returns to give new orders as needed, and takes to the streets to patrol and follow up on any leads he personally wants to take note of.
Roan's house is arranged like a fairly simply in a single story square. The center of the building however is where his garden is, taking up the middle as a courtyard, and is where Roan spends much of his days leisure tending. Roan does have a bedroom for the time that his magic is spent, but has seen little to no use in its primary function. Ultimately, Roan's house isn't terribly decadent, but it's certainly beyond the means of the common rabble.
Dante Skyborn |
Oh, well I see how it is, no one interested in ME! Personally! lol.
Dante on the other hand, doesn't have a house, but instead makes his home in the mustering of the army, in his personal tent, a pavillion style tent, near to the decently larger command tent. It is furnished with nice, well made but not bawdy things, a queen bed with furs, a desk, a table, wash stand, food table.
Dante spends his nights in solitude, in his tent, usually filling out paperwork, perusing letters and maps, reports and acquisitions. Late in the night, he drinks, more than his share. He falls asleep usually around 3 am and wakes up around 6 for morning mess and drills.
Anastacia Stormwing |
Anastacia's monestery should be complete by this time, so that's where she lives. It's a single story building with a main front door and two smaller rear doors. It would have several windows of leaded glass of 1' square panes. The windows themselves are 2' wide by 4' tall. They have shutters, but these are not usually closed.
Anastacia prays at sunset, then spends her time reading, or managing her business, till about 9:00 PM, when she goes to bed. Anastacia rises at 5:00 AM.
She won't be following that routine this evening, though. There is a predator to catch or kill.

I have returned!
However, I'm currently packing my things and heading back home (I've been visiting my parents this summer). I've got a sketch that I've started of Fhârns house, I'll finish it and post it asap :)
I'll catch up on the thread as soon as possible, but probably not completely until tonight!
Fhârn |
Fhârn's house:
Contains (first floor): Common room, Forge, Gauntlet, Storefront.
Contains (second floor): Bath, Bedroom x2, Kitchen, Laundry, Lavatory
Contains (outside): Courtyard, Garden, Stable
One enters the trough the front door (sturdy wooden door with good lock + arcane lock). The first room is a small hallway that also serves as a gauntlet if needed. Then comes a cosy common room. To the left there is access to a small store area and then the forge. Opposite from the front door is the stairs up.
On the second floor, one arrives in the kitchen. Then the layout gets a bit fuzzy :P Munin has a small room here as well, with his own access.
There is probably a backdoor on the first floor as well, secured in the same manner as the front door. At the centre of the house is the chimeny/hearth.
Fhârn's nights:
He spends most of them sleeping upstairs in his house. But this night, he will probably only slumber in front of the open fire on a chair in the common room, getting only the minimal amount of rest needed to regain/prepare spells.
Fhârn |
Update: The power adapter to where my sketch is died, so that may take a while!
Note1: I got the ACG pdf in hand, so if anyone is curious about it - feel free to ask!
Note2: Did this die :/?
Cheers!
Roan of Irori |
I think we're kind of waiting on the council meeting. Maybe? It seems our king has been quite busy with that real life thing as of late, and I'm under the impression given his character's importance that may have slowed things down a bit.
