Going to bot Tikkle for this turn.
With great flare, the Pirate Captain nimbly moved around Flynt and Anyka, stopping next to the mud creature and thrusting his blade forward.
Attack: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (20) + 14 = 34
Immune to Criticals.
Damage: 1d6 + 1d6 + 2 + 7 ⇒ (1) + (1) + 2 + 7 = 11
The Catfolk's blade struck true, leaving a large spot of frozen mud when he withdrew it. Flynt capitalized on the newly created weak spot by clustering all three arrows in that very area.
Round 1:
Jin, Anyka, Mudlords, Tikkle, Gashka, Flynt, Terra, Renard, Chris
Gashka |
She gives her sister a knowing smirk before glaring at the mud monster that put it's filthy arm around her sister, "Right! No one touches us unless we want them to ya damn bastards!"
Don't know if it'll do any good but I'm gonna try to intimidate them.
intimidate: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16

Gashka |
Like it bloody matters. They're probably immune anyways and that was a s+%+ty roll besides. Just forget it. Ill just beat the mud outta them or die trying. Either way.....

Tikkle |
thanks boss! Schedule is still a bit tight! But I do get the free intimidate on the one I struck
Menacing Swordplay: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (2) + 13 = 15

Vallterra |
while it doesn't bother me, I do agree, more critable enemies are nice.
Terra is not liking this much, really? you wanna grab me? I don't need a mud facial at the moment.
she thinks a moment,
don't know how this idea would work or not.
as the mud creature has a hold of Terra, she gives a smirk and attempts to open a tunnel through the mud creature.
attempts to use her tunneling ability to rip the mud creature apart. not sure if it will work but at least hopefully get her free of the grapple.
Gashka |
That's a pretty awesome idea actually. I think I really like it. Sorry.....I'm like super hyper at the moment due to too much sugar and not enough sleep. Karen is a very bad girl. Teehee.....oh I need help. Lol

Christophe Debroux |
Chris moves a little to the right and unleashes a lightning bolt against the lone mudlord.
Move to L10
SR: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Chris' spell fizzles and the witch is left a little frustrated.
GM Scary Ceiling Voice |
Terra's plan paid off. The Mudlord's extended limb exploded, causing it to howl in pain. A ghostly sound that seemed to echo over the entire island.
Terra, you are no longer grappled and it now has one less Slam attack.
Round 2:
Jin, Anyka, Mudlords, Tikkle, Gashka, Flynt, Terra, Renard, Chris
Tikkle |
going to prepare this because I feel like I'm gonna get attacked this round maybe
Parry: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (7) + 14 = 21
Riposte: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (20) + 14 = 34
damage: 1d6 + 7 + 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 7 + (6) + 2 = 18

Anyka manages to land a solid hit on the furthest Mudlord as started to move towards Tikkle.
Meanwhile the one Terra ripped the 'arm' off of, moved to envelop Tikkle. However, the Pirate proved too quick and finished it with a well placed sword thrust. Used your roll as an AoO. It didn't matter what it did, you were taking it out.
As the defeated one collapsed into a pile of goop on the ground, its companion reached the Catfolk and tried to envelop him as well.
Tikkle, need a Reflex vs DC 17 or be Engulfed.
Round 2:
Jin, Anyka, Mudlords, Tikkle, Gashka, Flynt, Terra, Renard, Chris
Tikkle |
reflex: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29
atk 1: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (18) + 14 = 32
damage: 1d6 + 4 + 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 4 + (2) + 2 = 14
atk2: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
damage2: 1d6 + 4 + 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 4 + (2) + 2 = 12
Seeing the approaching danger almost before it happens, Tikkle feints being caught off guard and activates his blade at the last moment. With a flashy twirl, the encroaching mud freezes and shatters in several places.
Gashka |
Seeing the mud creature try to envelop her love pisses her the hell off. Shaking her fist as she approaches the creature she almost yells, "No BODY touches MY MAN but ME!!"
Moving to P5 and making an attack
Fist to ya face: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17
If that hitsSmacked with a gauntlet: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
GM Scary Ceiling Voice |
Sorry, didn't see that somehow.
In her anger, Gashka's punch fails to land properly, doing nothing to the hurt Mudlord. One of Flynt's arrows managed to land a solid hit on the creature's neck however, despite the other two flying wide.
Despite that, Terra's plan seemed to work out this time, as she managed to rip the elemental in half, causing mud to explode everywhere.
Combat over.
Gashka |
She shrugs, "No problem....Terra had it well in hand I think. Are you really okay T? It looked like he whacked ya kinda hard there for a minute." She concentrates on her breathing until it slows and relaxes.
Gashka |
She nods her head in agreement with Anyka, "Yeah...that sure is helpful Terra. That way we can choose whether to avoid it, or kick the living s@$* out of it." She says with a smirking grin on her face as she looks at her sisters. She sighs, "I'm sure since it's calling to you though, and apparently you're the only one that can hear it...there has to be a reason for it....even though I'll be damned if I can figure out what. Still, I reserve to kick the holy s@!~ out of it if I don't like what we find."
GM Scary Ceiling Voice |
After debating for a couple of minutes, you decided to continue inland. About forty-five minutes later, you hear sound of someone battling something. Heading the direction you think it's coming from, you soon come upon an interesting sight. A pair of bipedal reptilian-like creatures with one large, sickle-shaped claw on each foot approach an aged orc wearing little more than a red cape, a pair of greaves, bracers, a belt with a sheathed short sword and leather breeches that just above mid-thigh. In on hand he carried a large metal shield, in the other a spear. All three looked rather bloodied, but before you could act, the creatures charged the orc. With incredible deftness, the orc slammed the shield in the face of one while thrusting his spear through the throat of the other. Just as quickly, before the last one had time to recover the aged warrior removed the spear and plunged it into the chest of the creature. Removing the spear, the orc took a knee breathed heavily for a few moments before regaining his feet.
Gashka |
Gashka just stands there for a minute before shaking her head in disbelief and striding forward. Unable to control herself she says, "I sure as hell hope you can understand me cause I'm sick and tired of feeling like I have no bloody clue what's going on...ever. I have questions, and I want answers and since you're the one that's left standing...you're gonna give em' to me, got it?" She stands there in typical Gashka fashion, with her hands on her hips. Her frustration plainly visible on her face. She was tired of feeling like they were going in circles and she was done playing games.
GM Scary Ceiling Voice |
The orc turned about and crouched down so that his whole body was behind the shield, save from the knee down, his spear and eyes over the top. Almost immediately however, his head popped into view and tilted to one side with a mildly confused look on his face while he looked at Gashka. Standing at his full height, he said to the Half-Orc in perfect common, "I will answer your questions, but first, you must answer one for me. Are you by chance the daughter of Thrainn and the Lady Kealey?"
