Yup. And a 30% crit chance. The sad thing is even Tikkle isn't quite as badass as my slightly newer Swashbuckler, Silas. +24 to atk on lvl 10, with a Bastard Sword.

Not quite true. Brilliant Energy only ignores Armor and Shield bonuses, everything else still applies.
Exactly, Armor and shield negated, Dex bonus negated. Unless you plan on everyone we face from now on having luck and deflection bonuses, he's pretty much hitting everything he aims at.
Basically AC in the low teens for most bad guys.

Are you forgetting how many enemies there are with substantial Natural Armor?
Ok, say we face something ridiculous with a +10 nat armor, +5 dex and hell a +5 armor bonus on top of that. AC 30
With dex and Armor bonus negated it's an effective 20 AC
+10 Natural armor means he needs a 6 to hit it.
How many things that aren't dragons have higher than a +10 natural armor?

There are quite a few enemies that don't wear armor at all. So against any non-humanoid creature it's just a Cold-burst weapon. Less against non-living creatures.
I'm guessing the deny dex if from his panach? If so it's good for the rest of us not so good for him as he gives up an attack for it.
Yes, it's a standard action to deny Dex, but you forget, he has those boots of haste.

No actually you're right, he can't attack after denying the Dex bonus. At least according to Haste. It grants him another attack, but not another action. But seriously, even if it doesn't help him, you and Anyka can really benefit.

I'm trying to look at other jobs, but my current position is making that very difficult and the fact that we only have one vehicle is doubly vexing and makes it difficult to get anything done. My sister is trying to tell me that I can apply on U-Temps doing some stupid fangled thing on the computer and I can't figure it out. Starting next week I'm gonna have to be dealing with the stupid gym mon thru Friday and be getting up at 3 in the morning every day. I'm never gonna get to sleep again and I can't find another job while this one takes up all my damn time.

Sorry.....sort of passed out last night. Still feeling pretty tired, but that's what happens when you only sleep every other day. Parents are coming out today, Mom has GI doctor appt on Monday, I gotta do laundry today, and we're supposed to do something with my sister and nieces today. Gotta make sure I have my camera to get pictures of the baby. If he'll hold still long enough, he's already pulling himself up and walking. He's almost nine months hold and he's huge already. With super tall people on both sides of the family and given his current rate of growth, we estimate that he will easily achieve a height over 6 ft by the time he's a teenager.

So while we were all away from the apartment, my sister came and picked up my parents in her van so they wouldn't have to drive all over to try and find the GI doctor for my mom....someone bashed into the back of my dads van while he was parked in my parking lot. There was no information or anything left on the vehicle, so it's a hit and run...but we were able to get some paint chips off of my dads van so we know we are looking for a shiny metallic black vehicle with a bashed in rear. When I find it I'm gonna take the license plate number and give it to the police and my dad and hopefully the a@+#!%@s who did this to my dad will have a REALLY bad day.
Henry is exhausted and all but passed out on the couch, my poor boobear. I'm super tired, but I don't want to go to sleep this early.

Okay....I'm going to try and remain calm, but I got some really really great news today.
Okay....so I put in this application with AR Pediatric Facility like back in January and this evening, a little after 5pm my time, this woman with the Facility calls me and asks if I'm still interested. I'm not stupid so I said YES!! Of course I'm still interested and she said great and asked if I could come in for an interview tomorrow at 10am! I said Absolutely!! So, I am and the best part is that I told our friend James about it and he's off tonight and tomorrow night and said that he could take to and from the interview so we don't have to worry about how to drop him off and get me there and stuff.
It's a long term care facility for children with disabilities, and it's right down the street from the WalMart that henry works at. If I could get a day shift position it would be absolutely perfect. It's doing what I love in a setting that won't kill me physically. My massage therapist was actually the one who told me to apply with them.
So, just wanted to let everyone know what was going on. Just keep me in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow morning as I go to this interview that it will work out and I'll get the job with them in such a way that it will continue to work with our current schedule and I'll be able to work somewhere that will be truly joyful to me and just the perfect fit.
I'm so excited I've been jumping around since I got the call....
Yay!!! I am happy for you.

We've just been busy doing laundry and stuff, and I had to take a shower so now that I expended all that energy being excited....I'm completely wore out.

Okay....just wsnted to make sure you were okay and not lying in a ditch or hospital somewhere. Sorry to hear your week has been so crazy, I hope it gets better for you. My interview went well I think. I'm back home now. The lady said it would take a couple weeks to go through all the applicant's interviews before they set up orientation, but they would let me know.
