"A house built upon shifting sand must soon fall."
-Badawi saying

Remember, you are all in the Pugwampi's Aura of Unluck ability, so anytime you need to roll a d20, please make two rolls and take the worst result.

Surprise round:
As you begin looking around the area a strange looking creature resembling a small dog walking on it's hind legs pops it's head from behind one of the nearby boulders barking and yipping something in a strange language.

Gnoll:

"You took my plaything. Now I play with you."

Cocking it's triangular head it looks around your group before chanting something in a sing-song language.

Spellcraft DC: 19:

He's casting a Shatter spell

Finishing his chant, the creature points at the tree branch that Kallit is perched on.
Kallit's Will save (DC:10): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6; 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20
Causing that branch to crack and begin to pitch the young rogue over the edge of the cliff into the waiting arms of the cactus below.
Kallit make a DC:15 Acrobatics check to void falling over the edge of the cliff.

Round #1
Satisfied with his results, the Pugwampi pulls his tiny bow from his shoulder and fires it at Rashid as his back is turned looking over the cliff's edge.
Attack roll: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Confirm critical: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Damage: 1d3 ⇒ 3
The arrow sinks deep into the Cleric's back, narrowly missing puncturing the man's lung.

Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Initiative 2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Go ahead and use the Initiative I rolled earlier.

Male Human (Garundi/Keleshite) Wizard (Conjurer) 1

Presently, it would be Rashid, Dashki, Alem, Kallit, Ashad.

Male Human (keleshite) Paladin 1

Using the initiative count rolled earlier, and acting dead last:

Ashad mutters an audibly curse as Kallit plummets from the tree. Wheeling quickly on the creature, the holy warrior does what he does best: desperately tries to charge the beast!

"By Saerene's light, be cleansed wretched beast!"

Charge attack: +6 if I can charge, +4 otherwise
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8

Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

Derp. Sorry, I forgot all about that.

Round 1, Initiative 12
Pateba, kill! Pateba rushes at the gnoll, huge jaws slavering.
As an animal, Pateba is not affected by the aura of unluck.

Bite: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 111d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Rashid moves into a flanking position with the fluidity of long practice with his beast.

Attack 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 91d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Attack 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 91d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Well hell.

M Human Cutpurse Rogue 1

Round: 1 Init: 6

Kallit cries out at the branch snaps beneath him.

Acrobatics 1: 1d1 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
Acrobatics 2: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12

He hits the ground hard and attempts to roll with the impact. Disoriented by the fall, he rolls in the direction of the cliffs edge, and realizing his error too late, plunges over the side.

Male Human (Garundi/Keleshite) Wizard (Conjurer) 1

Wow. This entire initiative order thing isn't working too terribly well. I guess I'll go ahead, since the only other person is an NPC and that way I'm not stalling a round.

Spellcraft check: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

Spellcraft check: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26

"That thing is no gnoll. Dashki, is this the pugwampi you speak of?" Not waiting for an answer, Alem gathers his hands in front of him, gesturing and incanting.

Ray of Frost attack: 1d20 ⇒ 1

Ray of Frost attack: 1d20 ⇒ 18

As he completes his incantation, the familiar bolt of cold begins to coalesce, but ineffectually condenses to water vapor instead of accelerating toward its target. "By the Two-Faced One, there is is something disrupting my magic!"
