Sorry I've been absent this past week, my wife is due this Thursday and I've been working extra to save up some time off for when the baby comes. I'll try to get caught up on some posting tomorrow.

I am kinda waiting to hear back from Damen. I PM'd him about a week ago and still have heard nothing back....will continue shortly if he does not respond....

Ok..well it looks like we may have lost Damen. I have not heard anything back from him, and he usually answers his PM's. So it looks like we are down another player.....
I will not remove him completely, but he will not be joining you for your next foray into the wilderness...he is very sick...and must stay back...perhaps a trip to the crazy alchemist might be needed??
Anyway, just wanted to update you on what was happening..will move things along now..

Sorry there must be something wrong with my computer or this site. My campaign screen wasn't updating when people posted. I just clicked on to check and saw there had been some activity. Also, I never received a PM. So I don't know what's up. I intend to continue if that is your desire. The others may be having the same problem.

I've been bugging Koren's player, but he's got his hands pretty full. I don't think he's out just yet, and hopefully he'll be posting more often after the holidays.

Happy New Year to everyone. Sorry for my absence, but I just don't have the free time I used to and I don't think I'll be able to continue. Our recently expanded family is a lot of fun but also a lot of work!

I'm sorry I was not able to post more and I hate to drop out of such an interesting group but I can't guarantee my ability to post regularly and I don't want to be the one holding things up.

@Rest: Looks like we are back down to 3. Should we try to recruit again? Have a GM NPC join us? Other options? Pathfinder AP's are geared to 4 PC's so we might be underpowered with just 3 of us.

I'm for trying with 3 but will go with what everyone else thinks best.

Maybe you are meeting a possible NPC...lol

Hey, no meta-gaming!

We're probably a bit more powerful than what the Pathfinder AP usually plans for, though I don't know if it's enough to make up for the lack of a fourth player.

I would prefer to continue for a while, give Damen a little more time to come back to us, and if it's looking like we're struggling, then we either pick up a new player or an NPC. In a couple levels, we could also start taking cohorts with the Leadership feat, too!

Agreed all around! Svetlana is planning on taking Leadership, so that would work quite well.

Sorry for the delay..I hope to get to the big battle later this week. Have a bunch of RL stuff going on, including more eye surgery, a very big move and a new job!!! I hope to be back to semi-normal posting soon!!

I just underwent further eye surgery and will not be able to make large posts, or may be slow in posting (I can only use my ipad). So please either bot me, or I will try to post. I am also move to a new job in a few weeks, so that is playing merry havoc with things here as well. Moving far north into the Northwest Territories. Should have internet on arrival. Ok, this sucks and I am very sorry, but I feel I cannot carry this game on any longer. I was just told by my ophthalmologist that my retina has, yet again, detached and I will need surgery. If that were not bad enough, I have to travel from the Northwest Territories back to Calgary to have the surgery, and will be staying there for about 6 weeks while my eye heals. As you may know I just recently moved to the NWT to start a new job...and well it looks like the board of governors is going to terminate my position due to the extended time needed to heal....and if that were not bad enough, I have to pay for all travel expenses to Calgary for the treatment...close to 2G out of my pocket...not something I have just lying around.

So as you can see, life has decided to kick me in the balls, so to speak, and I will not be able to continue on with this game. I an angry, sad and embarrassed equally. I really enjoyed the game, and was looking forward to continuing on and having you guys battle the "Four Winds"...and discover who was leading them, as well as a number of crisis's at Olegtown...just feel bad about having to end it all like this....

No need to feel embarrassed, though I can very much understand feeling angry and sad about your situation. That really and truly sucks. Sorry to see the game go, but RL always does trump. Thanks for letting us know, and best wishes that life improves for you.

Don't feel bad about dropping the game -- yes, it's been a blast so far and I thank you for that. And I agree with Svetlana, there's no reason to be embarrassed. It's not your fault.
