Gritting her teeth through the burning pain, Astraden focuses on the image of Olidammara hanging around her neck. "I can't go back there yet." Even as she staggers backwards, she retains consciousness, and forces out one more burst of healing.
2 rounds left for right stun. Orc ferocity 0/1. Octopin probs hasn't been making stabilization rolls so check for those KC. Action point for another use of channel, 1/8: so I'm up to 2/51! This heals anyone in this room who's still damaged.

The octopin had taken a lot of nonlethal damage, it seems.As Carina moves, the octopin begins slowly returning to consciousness. It looks around confusedly, seeking the people it had been ordered to kill, but its eye is covered in octopin sludge and still not quite able to make much out. Its move will be delayed until Zyrxog's go.
Tanith sees the large body floating towards him. With a jolt of disgust, he recognizes it—it is Balabar Smenk. Or what's left of him. The mine manager's body is purplish and warped, thinner but somehow even more grotesque. The beginnings of tentacles are protruding around his mouth.
He also notices that the door to the right of the column does not seem to be locked.

Zyrxog gives a rasping gurgle as the bomb barely strikes him, but he seems strangely less affected than he should be. He fixes Carina with a steely glare. ~You made bitter enemies when you slaughtered the Aspect, and they contacted me swiftly. I have been watching you and your coalition of freaks and monsters ever since you came to the city. I know of your quaint ice grenades and planned accordingly. I suppose now you will try one of your wretched little firebombs?~

The octopin rises up. It looks between Carina and Astraden, its hatred for the rapier warring against its master's wish to see Tanith Creed suffer.

Ultimately, loyalty wins out, but its strike is weak and distracted, and Carina, even somewhat surprised as she is, manages to dodge easily.

Zyrxog's clawed hand reaches for a potion at his side. He seems to hesitate, then tears his hand away and instead fires another pair of scorching rays at Carina. As he does so,

Ah, misread this.
Tanith enters the strange room and finds what appear to be Zyrxog's private quarters. The room contains a desk, two full bookshelves, and a locked chest. Lying open on the desk is a ledger, written in Undercommon.
Resting against the wall are several items casually set aside: A well-crafted shortbow, a full quiver of arrows, and a large hemp sack sewn shut.

I think he's probably asleep. If it turns out the octopin should be unconscious, we'll determined that it was raised to 0 HP by the healing, and the attack brings it back down. No harm, no foul.

Once the pounding in his head subsides enough for him to again focus on the world around him, Eben stoops, picks his bow back up, and sidles down the far side of the room, away from Rodrigo, so as not to continue to provide a conveniently clustered group for further mental blasts. He does call out one bit of advice: "I don't think your wind thing is doing much. What about another batch of those glowy light balls?"

Gestalt (Su)
Nine lantern archons can fuse together as a full-round action, becoming a single Large entity that is more powerful than the individual archons that make up its parts. Looking like a whirlwind of dancing firefly lights, the gestalt has all the powers and abilities of a Large air elemental plus the following: archon, good, and lawful subtypes; archon traits (aura of menace DC 16); 2 light rays (2d6); DR 5/evil and magic. The archons can remain in this form for 2d4 rounds. When the gestalt separates back into individual lantern archons, its remaining hit points are divided evenly among them; if it had less than 9 hit points, some of the component archons die when the gestalt ends.

Any hostile creature within a 20-foot radius of an archon must succeed on a Will save (DC 13) to resist its effects. The save DC is Charisma-based, and includes a +2 racial bonus. Those who fail take a –2 penalty on attacks, AC, and saves for 24 hours or until they successfully hit the archon that generated the aura. A creature that has resisted or broken the effect cannot be affected again by the same archon's aura for 24 hours.
Light Ray (Ex)
A lantern archon can fire beams of light to damage foes. These light rays have a maximum range of 30 feet. This attack overcomes damage reduction of any type.

Rodrigo feels a brief surge of resistance—an unholy pulse from the great column—but he manages to break through. The two holy beings appear around Zyrxog and open fire.

Unfortunately, Zyrxog's displacement disorients them initially, causing all four beams of light to miss.

Zyrxog turns and glares down at Eben. "Why won't you insects learn?" he says in his grating, shrieking physical voice. He reaches to his neck and rips off something tiny, orange, and strangely familiar to Eben.
He lobs it between Rodrigo, Eben, and the two celestial interlopers.
Reflex saves, DC 14, to halve 7d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 3, 1, 5, 6, 5) = 27 fire damage.
Meanwhile, Eben notices the octopin on the wall is beginning to move once more.

Zyrxog clutches at his chest as an arrow lodges neatly in there, slicing through his magical protections like they're nothing. His bloody hands clench around the arrow, slowly breaking off the shaft at the base. "...so you are—kkk—awake." His voice is hoarse and garbled, as if his very ability to speak has been damaged.

Eben steps closer, practically giving him a shot right up Zyrxog's robes, and tries to not feel at all inferior that Farrukh landed a more solid shot with one (normal) arrow than Eben had achieved with nearly ten (adamantine) ones...
I don't recall how high he is, but I'm including my PBS bonus in these rolls. If he's out of that range, deduct it.

From his spot below, Eben demonstrates some of the truly creative cursing one acquires from an early life spent in a Free City orphanage.

Tanith strings one of the arrows from the quiver haphazardly thrown over his shoulder as he sprints towards the main chamber. The weapon looked something like a children's toy in the big man's hands but desperate times called for desperate measures. With Zyxrog in his sites Tanith lines up a shot and fires.
